Dr Sidhbh Treasa Gallagher / "Dr Teetus Deletus" / Gallagher Plastic Surgery / Gallagher Med Spa / @drsidhbhgallagher/ @dr_sgallagher / @gendersurgeon - Sex change surgeon who uses TikTok to advertise her teet yeeting services to depressed children

You all just get drunk and pour out scrabble letters

If someone hated Troons and dreamt of brutally disfiguring them..,. How would it look different than this?

She's might be one of the few with that stupid name, so searching just 'Sidhbh' results in info on that evil cow. Her name seems a sort of Irish version of those stupidly spelled and pronounced nagger names.
The traditional spelling is Sadhbh, sometimes you see people who spell it Saidhbh. I don't think I've seen anyone else spell it with just the i, so it does make her easy to find.

The H in Irish words isn't really a letter, it's a grammatical feature called a séimhiú and in cases like Sadhbh it's a stand in for a buailte from old insular script. A buailte is an accent marker like an umlaut or circumflex. Sadhbh should be spelled Saḋḃ. Samhradh should be spelled saṁraḋ.

I don't know why using Hs was standardised in the latin alphabet, it shouldn't have been. The buailtes look better, they're easier to read and it's obvious to foreigners that the letters aren't supposed to be pronounced normally.

I read that the dots over letters, plus the script were got rid of for the sake of mechanical typewriters. Perhaps not.

Hey, this is pretty good. A mixture of cringy zoomer culture with a splash of transgender insanity.

Note that when I say "pretty good," I mean in the context of causing me physical pain, but it's still very exemplary at doing that.

This woman already gives me off just evil vibes deep down inside. Something dark and evil lies inside. Like this woman's soul looks like it belongs to the demon baphomet.

Maybe I'm just letting irl 40k lore creep into the real world. But thank you op for this thread I hope one day to make my threads as good as yours.

I guess helping vulnerable trans folx is abuse now, huh, bigot?

When even the tranny patients call someone a butcher, it's unfathomably bad.

This kind of confirms my hunch that one surgeon is unlikely to be proficient at both teet yeeting and genital mutilation. In medicine you have breast surgeons and gynaecologists/urologists, and they don’t sub for each other. Gallagher is happy to have a bash at whatever “gender affirming” surgery her patients want to pay for (does she install sausage penises too, or is that a step too far even for her?) but it’s pretty clear that cutting healthy breasts off is her bread and butter work.

In what fucking universe would "Sidhbh" ever be pronounced "sive"? Are the Irish fucking deaf?
Because upper middle class Irish are retards. It should be spelt Saidhbh. If they actually followed Irish vowel pronunciation, Sidhbh would actually sound like 'sieve' not 'sive'. But upper middle class Irish have no truck with common Irish names like Sean, Kieran, Maebh, Bridget etc. They usually pick some obscurity. The Gallaghers here decided to be extra special in naming their daughter Sidhbh, completely fucking up pronunciation. Her younger sister had to make do with Neasa and proper pronunciation.

Glad these two have emigrated.

She does but it is at the bottom of a long, long page discussing mastectomies. I suspect she does them very infrequently because her target demo is too young to be approved for genital butchery and many TIFs just never go for bottom surgery regardless.

She does not limit herself to being a one-size-fits-all trans surgeon either, she performs more common surgeries like liposuction and tummy tucks according to her website (which notably is just "Gallagher Plastic Surgery" not "Gallagher Gender Surgery"). Of course it would not be Sneed without creepy and inappropriate euphemisms so she calls her all-in-one package for middle-aged women a "Mommy Makeover".

Edit:
Kathy Rumer, the other SRS doctor to get her own thread, does the exact same thing and we've all seen her handiwork. Building on what @Allo Vera said, this lack of specialization is unusual and probably why they generate bad results even for SRS surgeons.

Also I added links, original post was done on mobile.

Jesus H. Tittyfucking Christ. This woman makes that quack who did Phil's stink ditch look competent.

I'm British and it's popular online to refer to us as "Terf Island." I take that as a complement. I'd rather live on Terf Island than Chaser Continent if this is what the latter leads to.

I am beginning to understand looking at some of these ersatz vulvas why "you will never really be a woman" hits so close to home.

This chick's life is a great example of how plastic surgeons are transitioning (lol) to become troonsurgeons. Capitalize on physical insecurities and mental illness for profit. Same game, just a new more lucrative arena. And it's easier. Surgeries like facelifts and rhinoplasty are immensely easier to fuck up compared to tranny dick / boob mutilations.

Also layers of legal advantage because when you inevitably mutilate them too hard (see stories higher in thread) no one sues you, owing to how:
a) they're mentally ill kids with zero sense of self-advocacy
b) their parents are mentally ill trans advocates who cannot permit the Wrongthoughts like "I let my kid be mutilated" into their head
c) courts have less distinction as to what constitutes a improperly-mutilated neovagina / chest (compared to a botched facial surgery being incredibly obvious)

This lady has something chilling about her, l remember a short video of her talking about how many patients suffer from depression after surgery. She was very matter of fact and all I could think is that she doesn't even grasp that this is not normal or expected. She can't possibly truly believe that she is helping these patients with their mental health by butchering them?
What happened to First, do no harm.

Sidhbh is a nice name although I prefer to write it as Sadhbh. It makes me a little sad when parents feel pressured to anglicize baby names, even common names like Niamh.

The biggest problem is that you can't fight back against her on the platform she has the most reach on - TikTok. Doing so (and especially with their recent rules update picking a firm side for ByteDance UK/TikTok in the gender wars) will result in a quick ban for one's account. I saw accounts with 100k+ and 10k+ followers immediately, and permanently, banned within 24 hours of posting content not even directly critical of the Doctor but simply questioning certain content she posted. She and her team don't simply understand the platform and how to maximally manipulate it but also have direct connections to employees there. Anyone who wishes to maintain their TikTok status would be wise to not engage unless one wants to join her rank of sycophantic yes "men".
