The tactics of preying on the insecure is something all cosmetic surgeons do. She was pragmatic and went into the booming business where she can signal boost for brand recognition. Why can we shit all over nose jobs, but not this? I've lived a country where plastic surgery is fairly normalized and obtainable. From my experience, any culture that protects these for-profit hacks is soulless. Without purpose, meaning, or compassion.

Nipple grafts are one more thing to heal and might fall off anyway, the wounds are easier to take care of without them. Mentally ill people often struggle with personal hygiene and basic upkeep of their own bodies, so grafts are more than some patients can handle. You'd think that should disqualify them from surgery, but no.

Some enbies just don't want them because they're not even attempting to look human. You'd think that should disqualify them from surgery, but no.

Some people don't want their legs and have gone to great lengths to remove them, doesn't mean it should be excused or allowed like this sort of butchery is by the gender fandom.

I can tell Sidhbh would have been working for the IRA if she had been born in an earlier decade.

I’m not sure what drives it most - the desire to look smooth and utterly sexless, or just pure practicality - meh, it’s cheaper and recovery is easier 🤷‍♀️

I for one am glad this psychopathic practitioning gender surgeon exists so that she can speed up the rate of transgender suicides by giving all the mentally retarded trannies bad crotch wounds. The amount of seething in this thread is incredible and the trannie who made it deserves a free length of rope to hang themselves with. I would also like to state that while it is unfortunate she is turning children and teenagers into homunculus horrors it is in fact an inevitable process since those childrens parents are the ones responsible for their horrifying end and if it wasnt being transgender i'm sure those parents would have found something else to fuck their children up with.

1. That's not really a vagina. It's your dick turned inside out with a chunk of your bellend folded up into a clit, your ballbags origami'd into labia, and a patch of your lower intestine as an ersatz vaginal lining. It will need dilating every day so it doesn't close up like the open wound it is.
