I always come back to the Body Integrity Identity Disorder example. BIID patients believe that they were meant to be born blind, one-legged, or otherwise disabled. They often go to extreme measures to make physical reality align with their delusion, blinding themselves with chemicals or even attempting crude limb amputations. I have yet to hear a strong argument for differentiating BIID from Gender Dysphoria — both involve incongruity between self perception and reality, and both involve patients who are willing to harm themselves to change that. If it is immoral to amputate the limbs of someone with BIID, then it is equally immoral to cut someone’s cock off or administer reverse sex hormones to treat gender dysphoria.

I hope that these doctors & trans dogmatists will one day be held accountable for the irreparable harm they’ve caused, but I’m beginning to doubt it will ever happen.

Before all this transtrender shit when you required diagnosing and treating someone for at least a year before allowing anything to be done BIID was a portion of the diagnosis they would get. They got offended transtrendered and now we have doctors that do this with one phone call and no therapy. There is a LOT of literature comparing and contrasting BIID and GD.

If they were adults, I would agree. Kids still have a chance to grow up normal if people like this don't step in. I can't really say I want kids to 41% themselves.
