They all look miserable. And well, they may be, but they haven't walked off the job so this is their choice. But the ultimate problem is that cops are not imaginative people. "I don't wanna do this, but I gotta feed my family..." is probably the most common thought among them. Imo if the protesters told them "quit and find a new job" instead of "cross the line and join us" a good number of them would think about it seriously.

You can get a bottle of magnesium citrate for about a dollar on Amazon or Walmart. Buy 3 of them, spike bottles of sprite with it, and hand out glasses of it at counter protests while wearing thrift store clothes and being careful to change and do mixing away from cameras and in such a way that you can't be tracked to your home. They'll be shitting themselves in public and you'll count coup, which is a morale boost if nothing else.

You need to get into the mindset, and like all such things you start small. If most people become criminals, they start by stealing little things - ringing up the wrong fruit at the self-checkout machines. You get a thrill from it, because getting away with crime is fun!
