i really dont get how people have to pay for their revision. If a surgeon fucks you up, they should be expected to. fix their own mistake or finance someone else doing it if/when they've utterly lost their paitents trust.

yeah, troons are goons for changing it in the first place, but if surgeons can keep rinsing money out of every revision there is literally reason for them to fuck up on purpose.

troons would be much better taking activism steps for this kinda thing, rather than whining about pronoun enforcement.

They don't. They think — assured by doctors, activists, and peers — that medical science has evolved enough to give them the features of the opposite sex.

I find Rumer's thread funny as I have no mercy for adult coomers like her patients, but I remember being a teenager decades ago and hating my body enough to want to become someone of the opposite sex. Back then there weren't doctors, activists and whole internet communities trying to sell you a complete illusion and it was an almost impossible procedure to get, though. This thread makes me very relieved to look down and see the non-mangled, mostly healthy, perfectly average body I eventually grew up out of hating, but it's both sad and horrifying these teenagers won't.

Jumping in on the “is she pretty, ugly, or a reptile”. While I personally think she looks great for 40 from the nose up, it looks like she has a couple things going on down south.

- I think it looks like she has a minor frontal lisp. Her tongue placement is too far forward on s sounds

- I think her lower jaw is too far forward - prognathism

She has had a few procedures, possibly a viscous filler in her lips like restalyne kiss (sp?) it’s really popular right now bc it’s less expensive than juvederm and migrates less but I think it always looks lumpy - see here.

Looking at this woman activates my fight or flight response. How anyone could willingly be put under and have her near their body with surgical implements is astounding.

Don't doctors have medical board reviews in order to keep their licenses to practice? Obviously she gets away with breaking HIPPA by having the people she takes pictures with sign forms, I would assume, but, surely the medical board of wherever she's located would know about the complaints against her at least? Because her fuckups aren't as repairable as say, a joint surgery that doesn't take or not being able to remove all of a tumor/cancerous mass. I don't know much when it comes to plastics, but I would assume there has to be a level of competency you have to meet as your work failing can utterly destroy a person's life medically and socially.

Well, that’s why we generally don’t offer medically underdeveloped life-altering surgery to teenagers that don’t know how to research these things. They’re not old enough yet to understand that adult medical professionals should not be pandering to them in the first place. All they understand is “finally, someone is on my side” and before they have the time to figure out that maybe they’d rather be dysphoric about their healthy genitalia than theirdebilitating scars and lifetime of medical complications, their teets have been yeeted.

My sympathy wanes for adult troons because they really should know better, but minors can’t consent to such an enormous decision and their parents shouldn’t be allowed to consent either. You can’t get a tattoo under 18 but you can get your junk hacked off? Insanity. There are adults with fully developed brains that have gone on to regret SRS. And people think kids are out here killing themselves because they’re not allowed to transition.

My understanding is it's difficult to say trans surgeries have been botched because there's no defined standard of care. If you go for a coronary bypass, there's well-established way of doing things give or take your own unique anatomy. Same with plastics, results vary by the skill of the surgeon but there's a protocol for boob jobs, nose jobs, lipo, etc. that anyone qualified will follow.

That doesn't exist for tranny surgeries. Everyone has their own technique, to the point where a lot of them are reluctant to revise each others work. How do you prove in court that your penile inversion rot pocket was done incorrectly when the five other surgeon you ask to provide expert opinion each have an entirely different way of doing things, maybe one always does a colon graft and another removes the hair at the time of the operation but the third requires it to be lasered off first.

I find gender surgery to be just weird, like fine, if you want to be a tranny, be a tranny, just leave me alone; but doing it to someone underage I find to be completely evil, and I don't say that lightly at all. I don't like to throw around the word evil for just anybody.

However, what pisses me off the most, is being this fucking open about it and almost bragging about it; with the cherry ontop of the shit sundae being her using Tiktok to deliberately lure kids into this.
