Oh hey, people on /vt/ are suspecting that Gura's recent streams have felt like a chore for her, being less enthusiastic.

It's almost as if streaming in Hololive is hard work or something...
I feel like the radio permissions shit sucked some of the fun out of it for her but she has always kinda fluctuated from what I've seen, going sometimes for hours long streams and then just sometimes streaming for an hour or two and calling it quits. Shork was likely just tired, I mean for fucks sake she just recovered from the coof, do the idiots really think she's gonna be back to 100% the week she comes back?

Also what is up with /vt/ sperging so hard about Ame lately, this now deleted thread from today was just one of many I've seen about what I feel is probably the least controversial/dramatic member of the whole branch unless I'm missing something big?

95% of the threads on /vt/ outside of chuuba/company generals are bait. You’re not gonna use that one ESL retard that sockpuppets this thread every so often as your average kiwi, are you?

Sure, but if your job is to be entertaining then being sapped from doing the very thing that makes your job your job is not good.

Not that I pay any particular mind to what /vt/ thinks about something, but it's not any more difficult than what people are doing in other branches and other companies, and even the same branch of the same company.

It's not, let's not kid ourselves. Most of their streams go for 1-2hours at most 3-4 days a week. The only thing that we don't know is how much work is done behind the scenes. With the convention coming up I expect the girls to be on and off working on things that would be related to that.

She worked for a company called room 201.

During one of of her final streams, while doing an endurance a retard from 5ch decided to mess with her. For the entire 24 hours.

From a mixture of mental illness, tiredness from being awake that long, and that fags sperging out, she went berserk. Pulled out her finger nails, screeched on stream then allegedly attempted suicide. How does room 201 help their distressed talent? By firing her the next day. No check up, not even an are you ok email. Just a pink slip and a slap on the ass. Might aswell have handed her a noose while you're at it.
That sounds extremely shitty and I do hope she fires back somehow. Also cant she just ban people who are trying to piss her off? Is that not an option to get rid of the problem?

Karaoke just started, unarchived and unenthusiastic
>Unenthusiastic
Idk, she seems to be coming out strong from what I can see. I'm actually really digging this first second song choice.

That Gura VT take seems retarded considering her last members stream was also a Karaoke, and it took her like 40 minutes to get around to the first song. She had a grand ol time rambling to chumbies about life and random nothings joking it up as she went, including making fun of herself with the chat for her "healthy" habits in food and sleep. Maybe I'm gullible but she always seems genuinely thrilled to be back as much as any of the JP girls are when they return.

Considering how many of the other girls either A: Stream until they're destroying some part of their voice/body or B: Burn themselves out, I'd argue Gura tends to balance herself pretty well compared to a fair amount of them.

Gura's (supposedly) recovering from the coof, had to revise her schedule due to problems with permissions, and can't use the radio in GTAV anymore. Don't really blame her for being frustrated and bit off; her recent streams have been entertaining regardless.

Final Amalee cringe ill post because thats all shes entertaining for but

This one is only notable because some twitter-tards are trying to play the "muh AAVE" card while everyone else is calling it cringe kek

She should atleast try to steal the shtick of playing up being a fucking boomer like Nina (tbh initial sperginess aside i like her attitude) but i dont think she has the wit or spaghetti holding to actually pull it off, she deadass has nothing besides cringey "milf" shit and singing kek
Is it me or do a lot of western indies basically boil down to "Haha look at me im doing le funny totally not overplayed joke!" or just being constantly and unironically risque/lewd because that's definetly not been done before right guys?

my rrat is that they pick up the mannerisms from the JP clips that get views but then forget that those streamers more often than not have another personality beyond thirst trapping or doing their stream\character gimmick

Babysitting autists is more exhausting than autists would realize.

I feel like it's 50/50 whether people here think streaming requires work vs "just click go live bro". Not to mention projects going on in the background - arguably managers are there to help with the project management and coordination side of things but there are things that only the talent themselves can work on.

On Sana, there's an illusion that she doesn't stream but I think she meets her contractual hours for the month in 2 or 3 streams and then goes radio silent.

Calli for some god awful reason decides to take on animation commissions on top of trying to make music/content for 2 channels as well as helping EN with random things. She deserves every bit of exhaustion and stress she has but I don't think it's fair to say she is not productive.

I do find it amusing that half of HLEN choose to keep their main jobs/responsibilities while nijiEN actively try to move to streaming as their main job.

For that im glad holoEN its being keep in a bubble that many EN indies & their consumers want to burst because "they are not being real / muh idol culture"

Are we watching the same stream here? Because most of Calli's performance is being cutesy and submissive to compensate for her awkwardness, which Coco is playing off of. Hell, I'd say the few moments she acts "cool" were highlights, mainly the "this is the shittiness of Reddit" part, which made Coco laugh.
What I've seen is Calli moving her eyes like a crazy person for an hour straight and barely saying anything, it was about as "cute" as that infamous 66 min. Coco collab with Moona /jp/ was meming about back in the day. Honestly Coco had little to work with but did a lot to salvage the situation pro that she is.

Going back to that lean thing seems like it's making rounds outside of the usual Vtuber sphere on twitter atm, perhaps that's what prompted Karen to address it again:
