What Video caused you to stop watching a Youtuber?

Not a regular fan of his, but I've watched enough of his video to be put off by his incessant need to drop non-sequiturs of random sexual terminology. Maybe done once or twice, it's amusing, but dropping it everything goddamn time make me thing you are overcompensating for something.

For me it's his voice. It sounds put on in a way.
Might just be my subconsciousness having problems with that voice coming from a manlet

Honestly, getting the covid shot itself isn't what turns me off of most youtubers. It's when they think they have to force you to get the vaccine or you are an evil anti-science Nazi is when it fucking pisses me off. It's why I stopped watching Bafael, since he thinks he has a "duty" to tell you to get the vaccine (which is fucking experimental and not even tested in a meaningfully rigorous way to work). Like, you're an entertainer and at most you inform me about shit about a game. Stop having these delusions of grandeur that your opinions in fields you aren't an expert in matter. That's why I fucking hate this trend of Youtubers thinking their job is an actual profession instead of a side hussle at best, because it leads to shit like this.

by far the most egregious example of this is some dude named technoblade. i don't watch him because i'm not 12 but i read about him on wikitubia and found out he used his own cancer announcement to guilt people into getting the vaccine. in the video he jokes that it's gonna get him "cancelled by anti-vaxxers" and at the very end of the video comes back to it by shoehorning in "WEAR A MASK AND TAKE THE OTHER PRECAUTIONS!" imagine managing to come across as a douchebag in your fucking cancer announcement video jesus fucking christ

I stopped watching DeadwingDork early in 2020 when his stream became the Kid Touchers and CoVID Doomer Podcast. He was my go-to for stuff to listen to at work for a while, it was generally mellow enough to not annoy me and just interesting enough to get me through the night. I particularly liked the Gail Chord Schuler and JustinRPG stuff. Then it went from having fun with retards on the internet to incredibly depressing and unfun to listen to. He didn't even seem to enjoy it anymore, he just drank to an absurd degree and shrieked about such astute points as "this child molester is a real asshole."

Not that there was much that came afterwards, but when Slowbeef brought his ridiculously unfunny friends on stream and those streams became the majority of retsupurae's content, I couldn't give a fuck anymore. That was after years of their content being "let's watch a really bland, boring 90's adventure game and take 6 months to post the entire series," so I was losing interest rapidly already.

Sometimes I enjoy listening to videos rant about how something sucks because it’s cathartic. Once the catharsis is done I can’t be bothered to rewatch or touch the subject again. Like CinemaSins. Often they’re just being nit picky to be nit picky, which gets old eventually.

I also dislike a lot of cultural warriors especially when they focus on something being good or bad because of muh culture war. You don’t have to dislike something or support something just because of what others say on social media. You should form your own opinion after watching it.

I find this especially tiresome on the right regarding films. Hollywood has always been a woke shithole. I don’t expect it to get any better. It won’t get any better. Some films are demonstrably bad, which is why the woke stands out. However, if being left wing was what made things suck then there would hardly be any films that didn’t suck. It’s especially annoying when they hold up a classic film which was often woke by the standards of the day and whose creators can be found on Twitter with pronouns in their profile. If something is interesting I can overlook someone being an idiot online. Their actions don’t change anything in the film. Something something “Death of the scriptwriter/director.”

In general I’ve stopped watching political videos online because they’re all cunts. I used to try to balance it by watching all the big names regardless of their positions. That way I know who is saying/believes what. However, they’re all full of it. Hence I can’t bother with following breadtube or “insert” gate creators anymore. They’re all vapid and it was a waste of time to follow any of them.

For me it wasn't one particular video but the obscene amounts of ads and book shilling on videos that were increasingly becoming mediocre. He's running out of material on true crime but his comments on current events aren't very good.

RealLifeLore made a video last year which also shilled Bill Gates and said he was parterning with his organization, and I remember it had a lot of dislikes (including my own).

I didn't give up on the channel yet, because later that year they redeemed themselves by making a video about North Korea and they discussed the tale of a North Korean defector and anti-communist activist to whom leftoids hate (and they even consider her alt-right), so when he praised her and plugged her book in the video it made me respect his channel again.

Based on a recommendation I watched one episode of the Well There's Your Problem podcast about some deep sea explosive decompression tragedy and thought it was really informative and neat. The podcasters introduced themselves, and then introduced their pronouns, and I honestly, seriously thought they were just taking the piss because one of them in the most regular guy voice you could think of said "she/her, fuck you." Then they all laughed. Then I started watching another video and it registered with me. One of them is not just a tranny, but a muslim convert tranny communist.

I did not watch a second episode.
