Some of the best stuff you can get is Faraday Fabric:
This shit actually works. I've tested it with an EMF meter. It attenuates 802.11 and GSM radiation by an order of magnitude or more.
The pitch of a Faraday cage decides what frequencies it blocks. Filtering out frequencies up to 100 GHz requires a very, very fine pitch. Crowd-control systems like the Raytheon ADS put out 95 GHz radiation. This is much higher frequency than a cell phone, and is attenuated by water molecules in the body. This is by design; the device makes the skin feel like it's being cooked without penetrating much deeper than that.
How our testing has shown that faraday bags can be used to protect against the next generation of cellular signals.

TitanRF fabric is optimized for the UHF band, but can, in theory, stop the lower end of EHF band radiation, too.
