This is all medical residents in the West. US and Canadian doctor trainees (residents) get paid about minimum wage for 80-hour work weeks after they graduate medical school with $300,000 of debt as a bare minimum. It leads to terrible incentives. One significant one, even in the States, is that doctors funnel themselves into high-paying specialties like dermatology and sex change surgery instead of family practice- where they're badly needed- because family doctors barely make enough money to repay those big ol' student loans. Sidhbh is out to make as much bank as she possibly can, but those pressures affect good doctors, too.

Well, when that’s about to be made illegal in Bongland and already is in Canada and probably half of deluded Western Europe, these people can’t refuse to take any of the blame. The vast majority has to lie at the door of the medical authorities who allow this insanity to happen, though.

It’s just profit. That’s what all of the trans fad is. Massive profit for health companies and the “charities” that support them. It’s the only explanation as to why all these procedures are legal and encouraged (and lap bands for anorexics aren’t). Huge amounts of profit from endless operations, revisions, and medications. Especially ironic when so many of these gender nuts are apparently commies. Congrats for lining the pockets of posh rich people, I guess. Try being a real rebel and not going along with the crowd, for once, you oh-so-specials.

This Sidbee ghoul, though, is the sickest of the lot. Advertising self-harm to kids. Take a look at yourself, lass, ffs.
