Well, where the hell is the United States judiciary when it comes to the Patriot Act? It's been flagrantly violating the 4th amendment for 2 decades. The US constitution also very explicitly states that only gold and silver can be used as legal tender.

This is the problem with these post-modernist globalhomos - legitimacy, legality, consistency, and reason are all irrelevant to them. Only power matters and they will arbitrarily violate any country's constitution, Bill of Rights, or Charter of Rights and Freedoms whenever it suits them. Everyone's a bugman to the globohomo - chuds just happen to be slightly more uppity bugmen that need to "learn their place in the world." Have you seen the tone of the rhetoric, how angry the cops are, the leaked chat logs? These cops had to be held back from going full Einsatzgruppen on the protesters, that's what he means by "restraint".
