You never posted the context of the fact that the charge was dropped on Bobbi for biting his finger in order for him to release her from being strangled and suffocated.
You also never included the 200 million dollar class action lawsuit against the government that was won by dozens of litigants including Bobbi.
And if litigants don't' file for their money the government gets to keep the money when the litigants had actually invested in a pension -- intestate law does not work that way it goes to a descendant, not government, so that too is a fraud against victims.
