I kinda figured Rackets upgraded to criminal cases where there's a video feed. Hence the gay bullshit with Law & Crime Network. Can't really blame Nick for going more upmarket. Way bigger audience for those types of cases than Internet drama.

Criminal cases and internet drama aren't mutually exclusive. He does the criminal cases in the daytime, live, while he touches on gay internet drama at night.

Doesn't seem like the two losers have any assets for Preston to go after. I'm pulling for Preston on this. It would be funny seeing him take whatever meager possessions they do have. He would get to be the pegger for a change. Who doesn't like an underdog story.
 
It's understandable to have a chill-grift stream with Ethan once in a while,they are friendly.But comicsgate in general is boring as fuck and it always was. But I do think @feral cat #6385 and @holachau have a point. Comicsgate is pretty esoteric for a lot people. I've said that numerous times on the CG thread. This is only sorta an exception, because the dude doing the suing got pegged in the ass in a low budget cuck porno, and who can't laugh at that?

One thing is for sure though: This case has taken a radically different trajectory than people predicted last year. If Nick and his panel ever wanted to do a show on "the importance of hiring a lawyer," you'd be hard pressed to find a better example to pull up than this case.
