I've learned so much about Canada these last few weeks. If tested on it I would fail. I genuinely thought Canadians were hardy stock who would never allow liberal democracy to fail. By "liberal" I mean the whole concept of freedom without regard to the particulars.

In fairness, these last few weeks have been the most anyone has ever given a fuck about Canadian Politics, Canadians included.

Well it can't last forever. At some point the Crazy Bubble pops, and Society goes out of business. If it is your place in time to live through the Kali Yuga, then your main job is just to ride the tiger, surf the wave, make it to the other side, with your bloodline intact. An optimistic view would be that times of great upheaval and instability tend to present much greater opportunities (high risk, high reward) than a very stable and dull world.

On the topic of nostalgia, it can be an excellent reprieve from... the shitshow before us now, but I find a lot of people latch on to that stuff and become so enamored with it that they pay no attention to anything going on around them. They effectively cordon themselves off in their own little time capsule and for the most part, stay there. Now I obviously get why one would want to do that and I don't blame them, but it's the opposite of what we should be doing if we want to put a stop to this nonsense. It's a balancing act, use it as a reprieve when you must but always remain aware and appraised of your situation. On the other end of that spectrum would be becoming so aware that you're completely disintegrated by it. I have a hard time thinking of how someone could be 'too aware' but at the same time if you're just bombarding yourself with this shit all day it's not going to be good for your psyche.

Likewise, with regard to all of that sort of 'wrong generation' or 'boy if I'd just been born ten years earlier I could've had some more of the GOOD TIMES' type shit, I like to think of it this way even if it's somewhat hyperbolic or dramatic:

"Born too late to sail the seas or explore the continents, born too early to explore the vast cosmos, but born at exactly the right time to rid humanity of the greatest evil it has ever seen."

You can decide for yourself what that evil is, I have an idea, but it's kept me going as of late. For our Leaf friends, if you want to leave, you might try the Cuban method of floating across Lake Erie on a door but the lake is a whole lot colder than the Caribbean so be careful. I don't envy the difficulty of your current decision but I think we'll be making the same difficult decisions that you must shortly, I'm not sure if you guys will get even six months of reprieve if you come to the US or not, but it's becoming clear that there really aren't many places left to run. We're all cornered now, so I would suggest fight rather than flight and when the time comes we'll form a coalition to fight local warlords and institutional remnants when the SHTF.

A: Canada's population is highly urbanized and easier to put the clamps down on. They have a handful of interstates and highways, easy to control the flow of in and out.

B: Canada's highly urbanized general populace is much more left leaning than the US, largely because so many of them have their entire existence centered around "we need to not be the US". Whereas the bulk of the US population is far more right leaning. Im not suggesting that were like 80% trumpers, but the vast, vast majority of us outside of the bughives are center-right or right leaning, or mild left/dem (since the left is far exceeding the dems now) Gotta remember that only like 20%ish of the US lives in urban areas, the rest of us are suburban or rural. And the values of the latter two are far closer together than the former.

This makes it kinda hard to fuck with the common man here. Why do you think the 2020 summer of chimpshit stayed in rhe city centers? Because if they left those areas they'd get their fucking cheeks clapped by everyone with a pulse. Thats the thing, all of this crazy shit we talk about, never leaves the bughives. It always stays there. Thats why in recent years out cities have become incredibly alien to the rest of the country

I think you've elegantly described why the globalhomos are going to fail spectacularly in the United States. I'm just speculating on the next step of their agenda. I do think they're dumb enough to push the envelope further and go full WEF on the US as well. I suspect that they only really see cities and GDP - everything else is irrelevant to them. People are just ants diligently ticking up the wealth in their portfolio. Insignificant specks beneath their notice. This arrogance will probably be their undoing.

I still think DC is going to be the first bughive they attempt the permanent Emergency Powers gambit in the US. Say, the DC Mayor declares a state of Emergency when the glowing convoy arrives, and a new dedicated jackboot 3-letter agency is stood up (like how the FBI was supposed to be a temporary emergency response to Al Capone.) Just like with the summer of love, at best, they're only going to be able to jackboot bughives because if they try it anywhere else, they'll get their shit kicked in. For now, they're probably only interested in bug hives as the maximum amount of GDP control for the minimum effort. I suspect you can already see how this is shortsighted.

I was rewatching the arrest videos and a couple of the guys on film were definitely native. Going by the other arrests tho they were probably released with no charges. But they're protected from the act anyway, so it'd be very interesting to see if they react and how the govt would handle it
