Press conference of about 10 minutes, following a press conference a couple days ago that lasted 5 minutes. I see a pattern emerging here. Either the dementia meds aren't working too good lately or he just doesn't care that much about Ukraine?

Considering it was their last chance to get any sort of win before the midterms as the rest of the -year- is a massive gaping hole of political opportunity... well, the meds do tend to drop off in effectiveness as time goes on, and there is a limit on dosage his body can physically handle.
