Not sure I agree. I think it would be an easy option for him to have a basic semi-skilled technical job. No thinking, just do the hours.
They need to pay rent, food and one or two cars, plus animal food and medicine.
There’s been no obvious begging or tales of dire hardship lately, so he’s got to be bringing in a reasonable paycheck, more than Uber or dog walking. IMO.

Consider, they’re at a point on the Maslow’s pyramid where bringing in additional men to fuck Kindness is a priority, so there’s that too.
