I've read through much of this thread, and I'm all but convinced that it's a test to see how much horror we can stand before we get MOTI. No matter how bizarre an Lolcow is, if they dont harm anyone, or if they hurt only themselves, it's easy to remain calm and appreciate them for the milk that they give. But it's difficult to suppress rage at those who do real and genuine damage to others. Especially when they do it to vulnerable, children.
What this woman has done is beyond the pale. She has marred and deformed these kids for life.
Even if I can play devil's advocate for a moment and pretend that there's a genuine reason to permanently reduce the size of a girl's breasts so that they resemble a guy's chest and even if somehow you can convince me that none of these young women are going through a phase and that they will still want to look like and live as men for the rest of their lives...I would think at the very least they would want to appear as close to normal as possible, regardless of gender. And if they are going to live as guys they might want to take off their shirts without being stared at like freaks.
So then why would this butcher slice the nipples off what seems to be the vast majority the girls who are getting top surgery?
Who in their right mind would want to have a chest like that? The answer is no one...no one in their "right mind" that is. Sure some of these poor deluded girls may have convinced themselves or been convinced by Dr. sicko that their breasts are so heinous, so gross, that in order to achieve contentment, not even a trace of them should remain. And as bad as her top surgeries are, from what I've seen, they appear to only be the tip of the iceberg of the horrific butchery she's performed on these mentally ill youngsters.
I hope someone, somewhere realizes horribly wrong this is and stops this woman, not only from doing further surgeries, but from practing medicine of any kind, anywhere.
Have you actually been asked for your pronouns irl? I’ve never had that happen to me and kinda thought it was just something that terminally online people and college students encountered but hadn’t crept into real life yet. I’m a tall man with a beard so maybe it’s just obvious to those people what to call me but people actually ask for pronouns and you have to be like “yes I use she/her”? Fucking insane.
I've never been asked for them, but about a month or two back, a friend told me about a job she'd recently started where everyone can use their "preferred pronouns" in their email signatures. So at the end of the email it would have the person's name, then (She/her) (They/them) (He/him) etc., followed by their job title.
It's not mandatory and she said didn't do it, but apparently quite a few people at the organization where she works do. I forgot to ask her if stuff like , xe/xer, zher/zhem and are also options.
