Sander fucking needs botox more than any aging Hollywood has-been. I’ve never seen wrinkles around the eyes like that in somebody only 23, and it means something is frighteningly off with his facial muscles. (It’s not happiness.). He better paralyze those fuckers before he turns into a Char Pei and can’t see.

My suspicion is substance abuse; If it was genetic, his siblings would have the same wrinkles.

Sander has that face because he's under stress. Maybe Jazzs situation has affected him.

That is sun damage from the south florida sun.

I knew a girl who lived near the beach and tanned frequently who looked like she was in her late 30’s before she graduated high school.

The wrinkles on Sanders eyes are from guilt, remorse, extreme ptsd, and survivors guilt. Sanders knows that he could have been the one who’s penis could have been destroyed by transgender pills and sander could have been the one whose penis was amputated. Survivors guilt. Post traumatic stress disorder, from seeing Jazz struggle so much from being transgender and the weight gain was just a physical manifestation of the emotional and psychological trauma already occurring. Guilt, because maybe he blames himself a little for Jazz penis being amputated because he went along with it. And stress, because he has all these traumatic thoughts just constantly going through his head. Sander is probably going through hell right now.

Does Sander spend a lot of time at the beach? Considering that they live right near it, none of the other family members seem to. Of course, Jazz never leaves his room...

Would like to know if Jeanette has always been a drinker, or whether it's escalated since her show piece became a depressed obese mess.

If it's the latter, it won't be because of any guilt on her part, but because her laboratory enuch stage pony has become an embarrassment.

It looks kinda like Twilio. I'm not sure if it actually is, but there's bound to be copycat "customer engagement" platforms with built in analytics.

Basically it's the sort of thing that handles stuff like messaging your Uber driver or having live chats on websites or having a video chat with a therapist or two factor authentication SMS messages. Everything from Lyft to Deliveroo to Twitch to eBay to AirBnB uses Twilio. Universities and police forces use it. Even Trans Lifeline uses it.

If you're building, say, a shitty fake therapy app called CheckIn where people can message a coach and then pay to have video chats with them - well you could build all that stuff from scratch. Or you could just build the front end and then use the Twilio SDK and servers to manage all the communications stuff and most of the payment stuff and track analytics like "how many calls on each topic are we getting?", "what's the average length of subscription to coaches in the 'being an ally' topic?", "how many calls per week does Noah get?" or "what percentage of calls are ended early?".

God knows what Sander would be doing using the app's backend if he's the marketing guy, but then again with those small startups people sometimes end up with other roles and responsibilities "bolted on" because there's not enough employees (and not enough work to bother hiring someone separate to actually do that role).
