Dean needs to talk himself up as a Dildo Master and reach an agreement with Preston to be let out of the suit.

It is. Every single setback suffered by Vikki and Dean to date has been related to their own stupidity or ignorance regarding proper or recommended legal procedure. Not the merits, or distinct lack thereof, of this case.People keeping saying that this lawsuit is bullshit
Not this one.Her being in a defamation lawsuit is pretty valid & expected
That was my interpretation as to what she's saying as well.Am I reading this correctly, Dean didn't update her on his progress toward getting a lawyer, so she closed the GoFundMe? If so, props to her for being proactive in protecting would be donators.
I am in favor of these people being ruined as a cautionary tale to others.Dean was kind enough to answer some questions that I had regarding the status of the GoFundMe monies as well as why he didn't sign on with Ethan Van Scrivers motion to dismiss:

Not really. They could have filed something called a joinder which is generally a brief statement incorporating another party's arguments by reference. You still have to explain why the legal issues are similar enough that the same arguments apply. There was absolutely no interest shown in what I was offering, because again, taking advantage of the opportunity for them meant having lawyers, which Dean still does not.
Hell for another example from a District Court in Texas, look at Meyer v. Waid. They literally only granted jurisdiction over the one defamation claim about slander uttered by Waid while he was physically present in Texas. That is how hostile Texas generally is to just hearing random shit from the Internet where the only basis for jurisdiction is one of the parties is there. But on the other side, these lawsuits were all stupid in that if properly defended, they would have all failed on the question of jurisdiction.
All the precedent in the 5th Circuit (including Texas) was against jurisdiction being granted in this case.

So a guy that has to to texas for a hearing is doing a live stream to a audience of 10?
And naturally, it's about @FROG. AGAIN. Or, at least it has FROG in the thumbnail.![]()

And therein lies the problem. By his own admission, Dean is bad at legal writing. Thus, he likely still would have needed a lawyer. Not really. That's why this is sad.I still think the case is weak and if you look at that Demonatrix shit or whatever, it is pedo as hell.
This could be applied to @PocketJacks as well, perhaps even more so.I read Moby Dick too, @VIkkiVerse. Though I have to wonder whether you comprehend that Ahab's obsession with vengeance was ultimately his undoing.
I wouldn't disagree. This could be applied to @PocketJacks as well, perhaps even more so.
The only karma that would befit him would be if he wasted all of his fortunes against @FROG and loses in the end.
I was aghast a month ago when instead of writing an objection to the magistrate's recommendations, Dean put out a slick video with smooth jazz about his brother and a YouTuber he said was a a loli-diddler-molester-rapist. He needed a lawyer ASAP and this is the shit he was wasting his time on.LOL Jesus Christ buddy, get your priorities straight! I think he's gonna no-show Wednesday. He's probably resigned himself to not having a lawyer.

And now here were are a month later, the day before another deadline. He still doesn't officially have any representation, and he's doing a livestream featuring videos he produced about "Evan Scam Cryver" and commenting that Ethan is a, "fat incompetent liar", "closeted homosexual", and "fat faggot weirdo."
What an absolute train wreck Dean turned out to be.
I didn't "get" that video. At one point he was even complaining about how Crow doxed him around the time of the lawsuit, but when you get sued the clerk of the court basically "doxes" you because civil lawsuits are public record. We then rely on that record to follow a lawsuit in threads such as these. Ultimately, the person who set things in motion to have Dean doxed is Preston.I was aghast a month ago when instead of writing an objection to the magistrate's recommendations, Dean put out a slick video with smooth jazz about his brother and a YouTuber he said was a a loli-diddler-molester-rapist. Why is Ethan a "fat incompetent liar," but Spectre merely "embellishes"?commenting that Ethan is a, "fat incompetent liar"
According to Spectre, he did. He says he drafted it, and EVEN went as far to decide WHAT objections are written into it. That second part is particularly incongruous with Dean's claim that Spectre only wrote what Dean wanted. Per Spectre, he was absolutely doing work that is properly the purview of a lawyer. It sounds like Spectre wrote the damn thing.
Either way, the whole sad truth will probably end up coming out in discovery. And alot more beyond that. As has been said before, Spectre wasAccording to Spectre, he did. Either Dean is willfully ignorant of what Spectre claimed here on KF and Spectre is wrong, or Spectre is telling the truth and Dean is (badly) trying to spin it.

I would say I was waiting for his comeuppance, but he's already been pegged.
The only karma that would befit him would be if he wasted all of his fortunes against @FROG and loses in the end.
It's basically an arcade and he's put a pocket full of coins.I'm reminded of that episode from Community. Getting mad at someone like Peggy is a losing game. Maybe he gets to keep pressing his luck, maybe not. But...the quarterpounder got his ass beat by a fucking tranny for less. Pocketpussy has been rolling the dice on these internet lolsuits and if he keeps getting into retarded slap fights online, eventually he'll pick the person.
What makes you think that maddog mattis will allow lance corporal fehey in a court room? Lol.I can't even imagine what Spectre will say about himself and
about his role in these matters if they start asking him questions.
What a giant clusterfuck this is. Correct me if I'm wrong. It's because, as @5t3n0g0ph3r points out in the OP, this is the first time in site history a Kiwi (however superficially so) has actually sued not one, but two Kiwis.
THEN another Kiwi (since halal'd) decided they were gonna become a lawyer and directly involve themselves in the drafting of legal filings in this case. Not go to law school and pass the bar exam or anything like that... just magically become qualified to draft documents and give legal advice. Because apparently that's a thing you can and should do.
