He should take the "parody" thing out of his profile. Twitter won't enforce the "impersonation" rule if they can't prove you aren't actually Patrick H. Tomlinson or whoever and you aren't tagging the target or anything like that. I did a dumb parody account of another lolcow a while back but included nothing that indicated it was except if you already knew of the lolcow, they tried reporting it and getting others to report it a few times and Twitter didn't even act to forward the reports. It's still up and the top Google result for the lolcow's "penname" even though I forgot the password like a year ago and had barely tweeted stuff on it in the first place. The owner of this account is probably the person who was behind that account.
