My partner brought up a really good point in response to these "get my poor uwu trans child out of evil Texas" GFMs.. wouldn't those constitute a giant, investigaton-by-CPS-worthy red flag in terms of the parents' behavior?
Like... I know trans activists are incapable of critical thought, but to me, any parent who reacts to the state cracking down on child abusers by declaring their intention to
flee the state should merit a quick and thorough investigation from the proper authorities about what they're trying to hide.
But no, instead liberals are literally giving money to child abusers who have stated their intention to flee the state to avoid investigations into their treatment of their children. Somehow, this is considered completely okay and not at all a giant problem to them. Mmkay.
Meanwhile, if say this were a case of a blue state cracking down on child abuse related to religion or something, liberals would be screaming bloody
murder if a bunch of right-wing religious types started donating to GoFundMes to help get the abusers into a red state where whatever they were doing isn't considered child abuse. They probably wouldn't even see the irony in it.
(Texas is right. I am just gonna say it over and over again. I very rarely agree with Texas, but in this case they are 100% on the money. "Gender affirming care" for children is disgusting and abusive. So-called "puberty blockers" are dangerous, incredibly harmful drugs that should not be given to anyone without
medical necessity. None of these kids are trans - at best they're gender non-conforming future gays of America, at worst they're just regular kids whose parents want to be special. This subject infuriates me and watching acquaintances on social media rail about how evil and scawy Texas is for daring to call child abuse "child abuse" is making me want to scream rn. These parents should be locked up for what they're doing to their kids, and aiding and abetting them in escaping justice is going to come back to bite trans activists in the ass

ETA: I just realized that the social media acquaintances I saw complaining about Texas calling a spade a spade linked to Erin's fucking twitter post about how this is "genocide" and y'all.. the struggle I am going through right now not to say something and get blacklisted from an entire fucking hobby group for "twansphobias" is REAL. They're talking about how "omg this is GENOCIDE this is stage 8 of GENOCIDE" with some handy purple colored chart. They're so stupid it's actually unreal.
