Looks to be a BMP-2, an amphibious IFV originating in the Soviet days. The lack of modernization features (in particular ATGM tubes) that the Russians have been shoving on theirs indicates that it's a Ukranian vehicle, one of ~1400 still in service. The detached turret is usually indicative of an ammunition detonation, RIP the 3-man crew and potentially 7 passengers. Sumy is right near the Russian border in NE Ukraine, so cause of destruction could just as easily be air attack, man-portable AT launchers, or tank fire.

100% current, those first jets are SU57s, the first Russian stealth fighter. This is their combat debut. People were claiming for years they were a paper tiger and didn't work, look how those claims went.

I don't think they're really doing anything except maybe flexing, flying that low and in formation like that. Ukraine may not even have an air force left for the SU57s to deal with.
