Personally, I'm a touch skeptical of the reasons behind the announcement. Aloe was 'Graduated' due to poor mental health, but every time Cover make corpo speak, Delta gets insanely pissed off at the company, which doesn't imply they had good internal conversations. Kson's long-term goal is to provide a space where V-Tubers can be part of something they feel safe in, which feels very off note to me.

But I digress. The response from her fellow members is quite shocking; the cheery way FBK made the announcement most of all. Even if it's probably the best decision they could have made, something just feels deeply wrong about the general atmosphere surrounding this announcement.

I believe you mistake me.
I expect Chloe to fill the Hololive GFE gap.

I do not expect fandeads to go to Chloe.
I expect fandeads to go to Notrushia.

What I mean is that there's no huge GFE in Hololive now that Rushia has graduated. I think Sakamata Chloe or perhaps a member of gen 7 will fill this gap in the future.

Obviously fandeads will follow Rushia or if they're too deranged will denounce her harder than even Cover is doing.

I'm not sure that's just a Japanese thing though; if someone was fired from any company for doing something really bad, they would never be mentioned in public and any future statements, etc. from the company would try to draw as little attention to it as possible. In my first job, a manager was fired out of nowhere. I later found out from my boss that this had been a more or less confirmed case of attempted corporate espionage and she jumped before she was pushed. Officially, she "decided to leave" with only 3 or 4 hours' notice and we even had a mini leaving party. It was only months later (and in a private meeting behind closed doors) that I was told the truth and even then I doubt that any of the newer staff had ever heard of her by the time I left. Meanwhile, they've probably all heard of me since I left on good terms and was well regarded too.

That Bakatare announcement is something straight out of We Happy Few. All smiles and laughter. Fubuki treated the announcement like it was for Goods. Watame isn't emotional at all despite crying at literally everything. Flare was asked for her feeling and she just said 'Well it is what it is'. Very disturbing.

Like holy fuck it's either Rushia leaked their body counts to KoreKore or Cover have put the roughest gag order on them imaginable. EN and ID, on the other hand, were not prepped like JP were and are finding out with us, which is pretty questionable too.

Well all I can say is: Gawtdamn. I admit this was actually an outcome I didn't account for.

Figured either the worst menhara styled ending, or just a random break into a big ass money fest return. Considered maybe she would be gone but more Coco styled due to some weird Japo corp kneejerk to fan reaction/shit related more to the twink. Having run through all the thread, it does seem pretty hard NOT to assume that she got drilled for something that wasn't even related to getting drilled.

Really just hoping everything else isn't falling apart for her outside of the firing.
Between the canned responses, the comments she made about moving, the chance she got dumped for reasons related to the firing (which arguably could be more fucked considering that now she's not tied to the character but might still have been tossed out/under a bus) and so on, I don't wish her ill and hope she still has a couple of the other girls or something looking out for her.

I REALLY wonder what the fuck she did, but that's pretty safe to put in the "They ain't tellin us shit" vault. Something still feels a bit off to me about it, but I can't decide on what it is. My only other experience was with Coco's announcement so maybe it's just the contrast in handling and the way others reacted. You would think maybe a couple of the non-EN would consider some sort of reaction but from minute one it's like the girl didn't even exist or matter. And it's so uniform too.

Or maybe I've just been up too long. That's possible too, I am kind of a jackass like that.

Holofes is right around the corner. The last thing Cover wants are demoralized performers. Keep an eye after Holofes if any of them would suddenly graduate. If none of them will, then it's safe to say that Rushia might've done something really heinous in relation to the girls and that it confirms how much of a shit person she really is, which I'm still skeptical of

You quoted me saying how she's acted like a sperg since then.

Just because I laugh at simps and incels going crazy because their waifu has a bf doesn't mean I'm saying it's purely the Mafumafu stuff. Pretty sure the reaction of the simps and incels has directly led to where we are though.
