Another real possibility. It's one thing to leak your own personal shit. But to give a gossip rag youtuber access to the hidden side of Cover's management/business dealings is REALLY bad. Because Cover can't be sure he won't turn around and leak all of that shit to someone else. Oooof.

I don't think this is gonna go any further than it already has. I don't think any other member is gonna spill the beans. I don't think Rushia is gonna sue. I don't think she'll divulge anymore information.

I don't know if Rushia is actually crazy but I doubt it. She's just a woman who had a slight screw up, over panicked, made things exponentially worse by trying to take responsibility and fixing it herself and doing it very poorly. She made a mistake and it cost her her job. Her Gen mates are probably hurt and pissed because of how badly she screwed up and in such a stupid way to boot. It makes them look bad, it makes their company look bad, and just the general frustration of Rushia either not going to them first or ignoring their advice and taking it on herself. Rushia does not get to ride out into the sunset like Coco. She gets erased like she was never even there.

It's sad but it's life.

Which just means the accounting can get convoluted/complicated, and all the more reason to lawyer-up and have someone with legal teeth strong-arm the corpo into sharing the actual receipts just to be sure she's given her fair financial share without any prejudice.

TBH, this whole thing is pretty wild from an accounting standpoint. Without knowing the termination terms and fine print of their JP contract, she may be in for a legal slog if she's being terminated with this kind of swiftness. The closest corpo office analog I can make of this is seeing someone get called to the manager's office and then not being allowed back to their desk - with HR and security clearing it out for them for their personal effects and just tossing it all in a box and handing it to them outside.
