That's fair that he probably ran as less progressive than he really was, but if you look at his activities post Presidency, I don't think you can say that he's been enriching himself to the extent Clinton or Obama have, and he's misguidedly pushing for humanitarian projects. His Presidency further shows him to be a dithering weakling incapable of handling the serious issues a 20th century president has to deal with. that's not the traits of psychopathy
