1) Sanction Russia - lol, they're already sanctioned.
2) Start a conflict that has the potential to escalate to WWIII
3) Do nothing and let Russia have eastern Ukraine

These are essentially the same options Biden has. I think it's pretty obvious both administrations would pick option 3. Even a Jeb Bush administration would pick option 3. Maybe Hillary Clinton would've picked option 2 but that would've only been to sacrifice millions of children to Moloch, not because it was a sound foreign policy decision.
They had years and years to encourage Ukraine to implement the Minsk Agreements, and resolve tensions with the russian-speaking population.

They did the opposite. American exceptionalism policy, implemented by exceptional individuals.

I think this is what it boils down to. Biden has come off as incompetent to the world, especially with the whole Afghanistan shit. America looks weak right now which may or may not have motivated Putin to act.
Honestly I think the fact that he was VP when Barack was president has more to do with it than the Afghanistan withdrawal. Barack didn't do anything when Russia acted up under his watch, and I don't think he expects the guy's right-hand man to do anything either for good reason.
That being said, 99% of it was out of America's hands. There's probably lots of other factors motivating Putin to act now instead of under Trump. Would Putin have invaded under Trump, maybe. Did Biden help the situation, not at all.
Between the increased political tumult in the West, Biden being the president, various western nations having multiple domestic issues from the covid shit to inflation, etc. it does seem like a much better time to strike. We crippled our economies and supply lines for covid and still haven't bounced back, something that really should be taken into consideration. A lot of the real long-term damage from the lockdowns didn't start showing until after Biden got into office.
Before the war broke out we had the same four Eastern European spergs calling each other faggots as to whether or not Russia really did suck dick or not. Now after the war has begun we have everyone calling each other faggots over whether HHH sucks dick or not.

Listen, I don't know how long Ukraine will last, but I do know that until Null is executed by the Russians for hosting Putin tranny photos on Kiwi Farms, people will continue to sperg about dumb shit on A&H.
Strange that I'd want to see discussions that are tangentially related to the topic on a website designed for discussion, I know.

If that's considered "in the way", while I didn't give a shit before the third post in a row was deleted I'm now wondering why HHH's sperging isn't considered "in the way", as well as all the replies to it. But hey whatever 🤷‍♂️

biden is a shit stained covered zombie at this point. His handlers were playing hardball because their head is so far up their ass they throw temper tantrums when they don't get exactly what they want. How nice of the media to cover up his piece of shit son was taking money from Oligarchs in the Ukraine though.
Anybody with a functioning brain knows also that Milley, Austin, and Blinken aren't taken seriously by anyone in the world after supplying the Taliban with $85 billion in military hardware and gifting the Chinese with the lithium mines in Afghanistan.

I still don't believe Putin -wants- Ukraine. Crimea is a warm water port that Russia did not have, he wanted that, he took it. Putin doesn't want NATO bases on its border, there are overtures to a country on its border to join NATO he is making sure that doesn't happen.

I could be 100% wrong but I don't think this happens if the US leaves Russia alone. It didn't happen in the last 4 years when we did leave them alone.
Putin is from Bush Sr's group, they were cold but effective. They run in, break your toys, and leave you to cry by yourself. Biden is part of the same filth as Bush Jr and Pelosi, corrupt worthless and never think more than 1 hour head in the future, and only with what will line their pockets.

My best guess is it'll be like Georgia. They go back home, and threaten to nuke anyone that wants revenge.

No, Putin didn't and wouldn't have invaded Ukraine under Trump because Trump wasn't pressuring Ukraine to join NATO.
BIDEN CREATED THE SITUATION FOR PUTIN TO INVADE BY ACTIVELY PUSHING UKRAINE TO JOIN NATO AND PROVIDING AID (WEAPONS).
Your man is totally incompetent and created one of the worst US foreign policy failures.

Trump defeated ISIS, Trump was brave enough to walk into North Korea alone.

What brave things has ChoMo Joe done to make Putin fear the repercussions of invasion? Sniffing little girls and whispering breathily into a microphone isn't scary to anyone with that level of international political and military power.

in fact let me share this post from boomercon website Free Republic

""" Unfortunately, we do not have a real President to lead this country.

Nor do we have a free people to fight in its military. This government hates the American people.
Actually, the entire establishment (Big Tech, Big Media, Academia, etc.) has been making war on the American people for years now. The Summer of Floyd was one long, sustained terrorist attack on the American people.
Why would Americans die in any war that's supported by the current ruling elite? """
Honselty your not wrong. Trump walking into North Korea was a move that showed he had bigger bulls than anyone in Washington DC

Medias have a field day on spreading idiots fearing Russia dropping nuclear warheads, that Putin must be minecrafted; stay classy as always.

This conflict has lasted for half a decade and the people living oversea now in sudden panick mode are 70 IQ retards.

To all the ukranians ''intellectuals'' I see on TV calling for the west help, take a hike. Your own russian native speaking residents living in the east have absolutly no desire to fight back and are activly HELPING russian separatists.

I'll start to actually give a shit if they decide to grab ground the population actually give a fuck getting anexed.
