Yup, exactly as I predicted. Mentioned the last of the major defenses on the last map posted of the Crimea push. They breached the last ones and get to stream in.
It seems Russia air doctrine and superiority completely determined this war as expect. They were able to destroy the majority of Ukraine defenses before the start of ground invasions

I am not talking about making a functional fission bomb. A dirty bomb just needs enough fissionable materials to pollute where ever it was detonated.
A material does not need to be fissionable to be radioactive. You can get radioactive shit out of medical waste without killing yourself. No one in Russia is going to sell radioactive wreckage from Chernobyl that wouldn't already be selling radioactive waste from operating reactors.

China is going to offset just about every sanction that the West might impose on Russia, and Biden can't even address that in his post-invasion 'we're gonna totally sanction them!' speech.
China is not an endless bank for Russia to make withdrawals from not that Russia wants to make itself so dependent on China like that anyway

China just money printer go brrr to the tune of 1 trillion dollars of credit injected into their financial system in a single month a few months ago, plus the usual tens to a couple hundred billion every month in brrrr-ing, they're hollowing out their economy with debt even faster than Murica is now

It does reveal some glaring flaws in their strategy and armament though. As has been noted by others, they cannot afford to lose too many of their newer machines and a lot of their ground forces are outdated for any offensive push. They are utterly reliant on maintaining air superiority. Against another western power, they'd likely lose in an offensive -or- defensive war, though the latter they'd absolutely hemorrhage the other side before they went down.

Putin had a 1 hour long speech yesterday with barely any notes and was concise and to the point.

The USA president waddles in 14 hours later, with a teleprompter for 15 minutes, took questions for 5 minsbeing vague, and fucked off to nappy time.

I'm not even adressing the content here, but what a fucking weak display.
To be fair, Putin was just seething about shit he has had on his mind every day for the last 30 years.

What psaki says is what the actual policy is. She is reading the same directives Biden is given to repeat. The only difference is she can still speak the words being put into her mouth and Biden cannot.
