It's painful to watch Biden speak. Perversely funny, in a way, but worrying as Hell.
Every time he opens his mouth, I'm reminded of a line from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead:
"Half of what he said meant something different, and the other half didn't men anything at all."
What an embarrassment of a man. And even sadder, he's preferable to Kamala Harris. I don't think she's capable of feeling shame, but that reality should have her feeling it.
