Again, no it won't as Ukraine is a completely different case from the rest of Europe. Every other European country that could be threatened by Russia either joined the EU or NATO. There is no diplomatic obligation to back Ukraine unlike the Baltics or the Balkans. US troops have already moved in to those regions to make sure that nothing happens to them, even considering how pathetic the American response has been. You genuinely have to know nothing about the defensive treaties in Europe to not realize this.

Im not sure how to get it across to you that the treaty's are ideas and Russia invasion of a sovereign country is real

history has borne out that the western powers will not back such treaties just look at Britain and france in 1936 when hitler remilitarized the Rhineland against the Versailles treaty, then when nothing happened from that he occupied a country that had protections from a great European power, then occupied a second country protected by multiple European powers. All because the west didn't act on the first violation

The idea that you can just store a nuke in a mushroom cave and pull it out decades later and have it work just like stored ammo or conventional bomb stockpiles is laughable.

They need continual maintenance or things like the trigger won't work.

What Ukraine handed over to the US were broken toys. Not functional weapons. They lacked the money and resources to make them functional again and gaining that ability would run them afoul of the Non-Proliferation Treaty. Weapons reactors to create alpha emitters and reprocessing facilities and shit.
