As far as Kim’s diabeetus, she’s somehow lived with it since she was 5. In one of her older lives a couple of years ago she mentioned this to a nurse. The nurse was trying to get her some food and checked her blood sugar for her during one of her many live streamed ER visits.
I found another TikTok for her. She has like fucking 20. Grabbed a couple of screenshots. A nice one of her pregnant and chugging an entire container of bacon bits and lying about how long she’s been with Dalton.
Then this one begging people to fund her bad choices. She has go fund me’s and cash app me bullshit everywhere. I just found this one particularly hilarious because of her big ass face.

He’s a diagnosed schizo who is in and out of psych hospitals (depending on his current state of psychosis and meth use).
Dalton also is a crack enthusiast if I remember right, schizophrenia is already hard enough.
Schizophrenia fueled by crack or meth is pretty much worst case scenario.

If he’s concerned about a relapse, he needs to hit up an NA meeting or victory outreach program. He sounds like he is looking for an excuse to relapse and be a victim about it. I have a family member who starts with the poor me bullshit before he goes off on a sick one. If he does relapse, Kim needs to kick his ass to the curb but we all know she won’t.

I actually feel for Dalton. He’s obviously profoundly intellectually disabled and schizophrenic. Feels like he needs to be in transitional living with solid male role models, a focus on recovery and learning how to stand on his own two feet. The deck was stacked against him at birth tbh.

I read somewhere that when schizophrenics have episodes they deteriorate each time? Is that true? I'm not sure. But that baby if born is fucked. Imagine trusting your child with an unmedicated schizophrenic that is off and on meth.

Attempting not to schizo sperg, but there is a correlation with the onset of schizophrenia and lowering of IQ as well as executive functions.
He didn’t seem to be the brightest bulb on the tree before it hit.
And the brain does deteriorate with every episode which is why it’s so important for them to stay on their goddamn meds but that’s easier said than done.
Really he needs some sort of a handler, but considering this guy has warrants out seemingly every six months for theft etc and substance abuse issues he’s going to be a big risk for any dual diagnosis treatment center to take on, as well as he’d probably need a caseworker to figure that out because he’s not doing the footwork.
People like Dalton fall through the cracks which is unfortunate, but he’s still going to smoke meth and rob people regardless so eventually he’ll end up in jail.
And yes, having a schizophrenic parent raises the risk for offspring. Not by a ton, but it does.

Yeah, and it makes sense from a neurochemistry perspective if you subscribe to the NMDAr hypofunction theory of schizophrenia.
You know how your brain upregulates and downregulates receptors to maintain equilibrium as best it can? That's how you build a tolerance to recreational drugs and such.
For some reason the whole NMDA/glutamate axis decided it would play with different rules and those brain alterations are permanent. That's why kindling is a thing for people with seizures and why increasingly worse withdrawals are a thing for alcoholics and psychosis exacerbations just get worse and worse for schizophrenics.
