The US has the most expensive, high precision bombing assets available and even then there are times when they wipe out a group of 40 civilians (and no intended targets).
As Russian fires at more dense, urban targets, inevitably hospitals, schools, etc. will be hit. This is what happens whenever the US liberates a country as well and is an unavoidable aspect of modern war.

Ukraine may be meeting with Russian officials soon in Warsaw to negotiate, these are the Russian demands:

• Lugansk and Donetsk regions returned to the borders of 2014.
• Recognize Crimea
• Non-admission into NATO
• Stop receiving weapons from Western countries

Putin says that whether or not Ukraine is willing to negotiate, they will meet these goals. It looks like there isn't going to be an occupation.

It was probably just satellite photos and stuff that was already plenty available. Used to prove Russian intent, asked them to pressure the russians via Chinese channels and they say jo and informed Putin. Its not like they had information that the Russians didn't already know about their own troops.
