Rushia is 33.They are employing young women
Can anyone fact check this? The time stamp of this supposed recording is 39:18 and the English Translator is at 40:39 but the English translator didn't say anything about Rushia telling her fans not to harass Korekore.>Then he dropped a huge bomb by playing a recording supposedly of Rushia telling the Fandeads to stop harassing Kore Kore and he even asked for help from one English-speaking woman and one Chinese-speaking woman to translate that message.
They are employing young women
Cover probably have too much middle management, imo Rushia's direct manager is always 24/7 handling any problems but because this is a special kind of fuck up, he/she is too afraid of making any decision and told Rushia to stay put. Hence Rushia panicking and contacting a drama channel.Their management technique? LOL it's a long weekend, we'll deal with it on Monday LOL
It's on 39:18The time stamp of this supposed recording is 38:18
Is there any difference between Reroll and the original? I've been planning on playing it sometime and I'd like to know which one to get.Great game
For the business blunder, you could say it was the company's fault. But you could say that for any company. Rushia's fate was written by herself. When people say they like their girls retarded, they mean more like Aqua flavor and not menhera style. It's the opposite for me. The more I read the more it seems to me that Cover is at fault. If this were a normal company, sure, it's on her, but this isn't a normal company.
They are employing young women, who have autism, who use the internet too much, who make way too much money, who recieve way too much attention, who go from literal nobodies to globally recognized celebrities. It's a recipe for disaster.
Then, one of them fucks up on a Friday. The internet explodes, people are slashing her image on vehicles, burning her merch, cancelling their memberships, and disparaging her everywhere. Oh, she's homeless too.
Their management technique? LOL it's a long weekend, we'll deal with it on Monday LOL
Their statement, released on Monday February 14th
What was management supposed to do to help their multimillion dollar talent during an emerging situation? More than literally nothing.
I'm pretty sure I mentioned this previously on how I thought she seemed distant from other members (in a general sense). Rrat time: it could have been her that had an issue with everybody else rather than the reciprocal. It would fit her personality type. Though the trivial answer is probably that she's just too autistismo to make a lot of friends.
I think the youngest there is Haachama at 20 years old. The majority of the girls range from 25-35. A lot of them are washed up idols or office workers. These aren't young and impressionable women. The issue is women in general don't react well to conflict and adversity. Whether they're 14 or 44. That's not an excuse for their behaviour. But regarding Rushia getting "bullied", I've worked in female dominated places before. I know how vicious they can get with one another over petty bs.Rushia is 33.

The Japanese habit of describing strong emotions as physical afflictions makes them sound more crazy to us than they sound to each other. He's just moping nervously, like a dude whose GF is taking way too long to call him back.ORCA tweets are just this close from going full psycho and bombing cover office and probably kill everyone involved
I believe Laplus is currently the youngest, then Shion and Hatto.I think the youngest there is Haachama at 20 years old. The majority of the girls range from 25-35. A lot of them are washed up idols or office workers. These aren't young and impressionable women. The issue is women in general don't react well to conflict and adversity. Whether they're 14 or 44. Like one time I was chatting to another woman about work stuff. When one of our co-workers looked at her. Just looked at her. Nothing more. Which caused the woman I was talking to to burst into tears. All the other lads were confused. But apparently a woman just LOOKING at another woman is some kind of female power move. Some of time. Contextually. I don't fucking know any this shit.
So I can understand how something that seems innocuous to blokes might be seen as something else to women. Women just work on a different wavelength of petty bullshit.
Ah yes, "Christmas cake."Rushia is 33.

It was a joke.
I know you're like 15 years old and all but I'd be interested in seeing this Kuzuha stuff if you have literally anything comprehensive enough to look at.Maybe Hololive terminating Rushia can also be a case study for Niji. I remembered how some Niji members accusing Niji playing favourite with their top earner Kuzuha and effectively turn the blind side to Kuzuha bullying others as well as misdemeanors etc.
Imagine those small Niji will do a "Me Too" campaign against Kuzuha and see how Niji handling their top-tier cash cow Kuzuha. Will they terminate the dude or play favourite (more on the latter since that's how Niji are)
Nothing crazy. Graphical, gameplay, and musical updates. Anything that was a pain in the dick in the original is not a pain in the dick anymore. Reroll is the definitive version of the original. Is there any difference between Reroll and the original? I've been planning on playing it sometime and I'd like to know which one to get.
I will never understand how TTS is still allowed to do Nijisanji collabs after the absolute disaster that was the infamous GMod collab that they organised. It was a joke.
Anyway, nijiEN amogus collab with some indies... and vshoujo. I hope there'll be some yabs since our favourite TTS tranny is also taking part.
Wosemi-sama's POV:
Laplus is supposedly 19 years old, if you go by her roommate's twitter age. Lines up with her not being able to drink, too.I believe Laplus is currently the youngest, then Shion and Hatto.
Shion and Hatto were both underage when they debuted and apparently that was before the hard rule went into effect of nobody under 18.
I think it's about that Noraneko/Kuzuha conflict about voice chatting with listeners.I know you're like 15 years old and all but I'd be interested in seeing this Kuzuha stuff if you have literally anything comprehensive enough to look at.
I don't really see what angle people could take to accuse the company of favouritism towards him. Mito has like 16 fucking outfits, the likes of HonHima are signed on with record labels, Morinaka gets more 3D lives than anyone that isn't Aqua and she isn't even one of the big names.
Re; Rushia, it really sucks what happened tbh.
Though she is at fault for contacting a dramatuber and leaking sensitive information, the information she leaked wasn't to be spiteful or petty but to preserve her image and reputation.
Mafu is also an idol/singer himself, so Rushia got attacked by her own fans and his and while I understand Clover did make a statement saying her personal life was her own and they weren't going to be involved, it also feels like they hung her out to dry and more or less left her to her own devices to try to resolve the situation. I get the talents do have a large degree of independence, it seems like the company doesn't really have their back a lot nor does it seem like people actually do emergency meetings and the like to sufficiently resolve the situation without anyone having a breakdown.
Clover should know how hard antis go at their talents. Coco got harassed until her graduation and Rushia basically got attacked from all sides and was suddenly terminated when she tried to more or less prove her innocence... Which is really fucking weird that you have to prove your "innocence" in that you are not living with another guy. I feel really bad for Rushia in the situation because she not only lost her genmates (idk if they are allowed to maintain contact or anything) but she still has to deal with antis who aren't content enough that she was fired.
She pretty much lost everything and gained nothing in a bid to protect herself when it seemed as if Clover and management were not or keeping their hands off of it as much as it affected their own reputation. I doubt we'll get any information from her genmates on deeper aspects of the situation so we're just left to wonder and speculate.
Reroll is pretty much the same minus the English voice acting which I prefer. There is a mod to have EN voice, though, so I say just get reroll. Higher resolution/framerate is a nice perk of the port also (core gameplay is 30 fps underneath, though). Is there any difference between Reroll and the original? I've been planning on playing it sometime and I'd like to know which one to get.
