She went to the police station in Gatineau so if the events occured in Quebec then she's in the right jurisdiction and seems on point so far. However, I am skeptical there's going to be any "court" and submissions of videos and if so they'll be in a long time from now and requested by subpoena so Chantal trying to recruit people to narrow down videos with times and dates? Fuck her. She has a computer now, and a flexible schedule - do your own research. The fact she couldn't even narrow down the BIG FIGHT where she claims he hit her she doesn't even know what month it happened.

Chantal provided her account and anything from there will take time to determine if any crime may have been commited and if anything can be proven that a crime will be committed then we go from there. For now it's just Chantal talking to cops, and Nader was detained for about 24 hours. Let's not go to Hollywood drama-level court shit especially since Chantal is already openly talking about shit she discussed which should not be public. It will also drag out as these things tend to do, in my opinion.

She's looking for the wrong thing, anyway (videos where she talked about the alleged incident), especially considering that her "story" has evolved over time. What she needs to be looking for are streams where she is sporting a bruise consistent with being punched in the face (not jacked up contrast on a filter fail over part of her rosacea, which I did see on Twitter over the summer), and a burn on her arm consistent with a cigarette being put out on it. That should be super easy for her to find, if it exists, considering she spent most of the summer with her arms fully exposed.

Apologies if my question sounded particularly retarded, we don’t hear much about Canada on my side of the planet and I always believed (and it seemed to be confirmed listening to FFG etc) that Quebec was pretty much an autonomous region with its own Covid laws, Police and language etc. That’s why I was asking if it might make a difference to the way her case is held depending on which province she filed in - my fault for assuming Canada was more like the U.S. in this regard. At this point, none of that is possible. He's been released on conditions and one of those conditions is zero contact with or videos about Chantal. The odds are good that any plea deal he gets will continue those conditions. Now, he might be burning up the DMs collecting funds from all his newly adopted "like a mother to me" Friends with Benefits to attempt to get an attorney that will get him better conditions or off all together. But, if he's going with a public defender, those people don't have a lot of time to sort through anything.

She doesn't view what she's doing as "harassing" because, in her mind, it's all 100% justified. DeeDee stole her man, and her man abused her. Her calling him/texting him 100 times a day isn't harassment, she just needed to make sure he wasn't cheating and, later, to tell him that he was a POS liar.

Even after all of this, if she paid him $$$$...he'd "take her back". He won't say they are together, because they won't be, but he would still fuck her and play chef-boy for her ...for money.
