Operational information as of 06:00 26.02.2022 regarding the Russian invasion
The Russian invader continues its offensive against Ukraine.
The enemy has started redeploying reserve units to the Ukrainian border areas and continues airstrikes against airfields, entrenchments of Ukrainian Forces in the North of Ukraine and in the central part of the Kirov region. One-time airstrikes were carried out in the areas of SUMI, POLTAVA, MARIUPOL. The enemy launched sea-launched Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea on the territory of Ukraine.
Tactical aviation activities of the Russian Federation are controlled from the territory of Belarus and Tatarstan. Battalion tactical groups of the 35th Army of the Western Commonwealth of Independent States are deployed in the area of MAZYR, which can be used for strikes against targets on the territory of Ukraine.
The current location of dozens of tanks in the SHUMS'KE area and BM-21 Grad multiple-launch rocket systems in the KOSIVSHCHYNA area has been established.
The enemy repeatedly used operational and tactical aviation in the districts of YUZHNE and ODESSA, at the OZERNE airfield and on civilian infrastructure sites in the Kyiv region.
On the Slobozhansky line of contact, the operative group of the Ukrainian Civil Defense Forces has stopped the enemy offensive and continues to conduct defensive battles in the Kharkiv region. Battles with Muscovites are being fought in OKHTYRKA.
