Hmmm, I thought if it was true the Russians had captured the folks on Snake Island they would have been paraded for the cameras now, but this is too grainy to be any kind of confirmation of anything and I would think the Russians would specifically show that they had Brave Corporal Blyat or whatever his name was that Ukie propaganda was hightlighting, the one who danced so happily in the days before he decided to bravely yell curses at 15,000 ton warship

Looking up the ship, it's the Sliva class Salvage Tug Shakhtyor (SB-922), assigned to the Russian Black Sea fleet and is currently based in Sevastopol, Crimea so it lines up.
