The invasion of Georgia back in 2008 had heavy urban combat and over the course of 12 days there were only about 800 or so combined casualties. It ain't WW2 anymore.

Talked about a bit a couple hundred pages back. Right now it seems like the shooting in Kiev is mostly from the untrained volkstrum-esque Territorial Defense units chimping out. So it does seem like they'll wait. Or who knows, maybe take advantage of the Chaos and launch a shock attack?

yeah but the thing is that in the AKs instance if the mag drops on its own there might be a certain issue with the gun's mag receiver or the magazine itself is not fit for a gun (if somebody wondering such things are happen, due to certain circumstances like different ammo size (lesser\bigger), manufacturing date, general changes for whatever reason etc.), while if we take any M-series based rifles they have at least 2 ejection buttons, sometimes place very inconveniently so that might cause the mag ejection if it ejection button was pushed by chance.

Chechen Russian Guard who hoisted the Russian and Akhmad Kadyrov flag over one of the captured Ukrainian military bases. I will note that outside of r/Russia most other subreddits with anything to do with the war will aggressively delete anything resembling a Russian victory. Brigading seems to be taking place.

Threatening Finland while Ukraine is still fighting hard is kinda dumb.

Finland would have still told Vlad fuck you if he threatened them after Ukraine surrendered but they would have been more polite about it than they are now basically screaming fuck your mother in response
