Genocide ? Not by eastern european standards. A Genocide was the Russification program of the soviet union, or the Holodomor.

I don't really understand why every other country is starting to make this their business, is it because Russia? Virtue signaling on a macro scale? Stating the obvious but the hypocrisy is disgustingly blatant, especially from the countries that effectively do the same thing in the shadows or pretend not to see the shit china does on the daily. This really isn't their business to get involved in and they're going to make it worse, but maybe that's what they want.

Enemy combatant applies to individuals and groups on the battlefield. The appropriate term for a country in this situation
is belligenrent. There are no rules regulating what you call "propaganda". Weapons sales to countries do not themselves
make a country into a belligenrent in a war.

Putin using this war is control/reduce the gopnik (Russian chav) population as fodder, then use the "real" soldiers afterwards.

Hold on...are we sure this isn't related to that video of a "Russian" MT-LB (technically an SA-13 SP-SAM) swerving and running over a civilian car from a few days ago? Because they look like exactly the same vehicle, and that was apparently in Kyiv as well.
