There ARE actually serotonin supplements, like vitamins, that I’ve seen being pushed by ‘natural medicine’-type doctors. I’m not gonna pretend to know shit about medicine, so I don’t know whether or not they’re a scam, but what I do know is a) they’re expensive, and b) they’re not prescription.

Getting hugs from family+friends kinda adds a bump to the sunlight+fresh air+movement combo, too. Barring access to the above, drinking some green tea is a good bump of Sero-feels if only for the Theanine in it. Music you can just jam or vibe to for an hour is also a good pick-me-up that works for some of the saddest of sadsacks.
-That and taking your goddamn medications like you're supposed to in the first place.

ETA- Drawing something for yourself just for the enjoyment works for the arty-types, but we see where that led her.

Also, Autumn? A job? She's super socially stunted and inconsistent; she can't even commit to taking a break from twitter for more than a day. How Puppy treated them was unfair, but like most people who get wronged by Puppy they ride it out too much and act like it has literally traumatized them when it's just interactions with someone over the internet that they can close at any time. Lex is being melodramatic.
