Small PL, but, my own income is just shy of 40k, and even on that I can live completely alone in a pretty spacious unit, a 2020 car, food, utilities, and have plenty enough left over for personal whatevers now and then. I can't be the only one here who makes that sort of income work either, so it's baffling to me that Boogie cannot. Then again this is the dude who just blew $700 on trading cards.

Boogie's first and second paragraph do not logically connect with one another. And you can't "steal" health care, unless you consider not taking any care of your health and then using doctor and hospital resources "stealing", in which case you have stolen the health care and you will always do so.
