Here's the problem: you keep attributing it to her BPD.
Yes she's BPD but she's also bipolar. She's even said she's bipolar. She's clearly manic and thats why she's horny posting for 12 hours. Her hypersexuality isn't being caused by her BPD, like you keep incessantly repeating
Horny posting on twitter for 12 hours from a bipolar manic phase, I'm just not seeing that either. Again, I've never worked in a sped zoo, but I have seen a few legit manic phases in my time. The manic phases I've seen aren't anything like.. obsessive? They wanna go shop here or go do that, "LET'S FLY TO FRANCE!" sorta thing, feeling invincible and no cares for the future, very DTF as well. In my few observations, they weren't capable of sitting and staring at a computer or phone screen for 12 hours, they were feeling too full of life. They might start writing a book or screenplay or something, but not for 12 hours. Not saying that can't happen, it just seems a lot less likely than meth.
Before her temporary absence, she quit what would've been a pretty sweet gig for someone of her few "talents" and meager professional stature. Then she tried moving to the Tranch, then she got kicked out with Paul, visited her mom (I think?) and then went dark. All these things appeared to be just her whims at those moments. If I've got any of this wrong, I'm sure someone will let me know.
What I suspect was happening is she realized she was spiraling, she knew either Paul or herself would need to get a job very quickly and some jobs require drug tests. It became time to quit for a bit while she tried rebuilding her life a little.
The thing about the meth cycle is that they aren't always horny all the time. When they haven't had meth for a while and then get some in their system, that's when they're the horniest for the longest time, like a whole day. There's some sort of gay subculture where gay dudes will rent a hotel room and have meth fueled orgies, called something like p4p or p2p, I don't recall exactly. Some of them don't really use meth until these events because it makes it more powerful if you don't do it often.
The other meth girl that Alyssa strongly reminds me of didn't use twitter. Instead she'd spend hours playing games on her phone, maybe watching porn. Reading and arts and crafts were also big with her. It's as though they get "stuck" doing something like a mini project or staring at a screen for many hours straight, like their mind has become trapped in some sorta loop. Playing phone games, tweeting for hours on end, one woman got stuck doing her makeup for 12 hours straight, trying to get it perfect. The makeup job looked terrible. No manic phases that I've ever seen were like that. Staring at a screen for 12 hours, because it's the only thing you want to do for that entire time, is much more aligned with amphetamine abuse ime.
Consider this. Out of all the people that you've ever known who were taking adderall regularly, how many of them announced it as publicly and as often as she has? Most seem to avoid mentioning it, ime. Sure she's histrionic, but she's just trying to head off any meth abuse accusations/questions and you guys are falling for it, imo. No, I don't know anything for sure either, but why would you trust anything that she says in the first place? Fuck whatever she says, she's just creating her fictional little narrative, but the narrative she's trying to get you to believe will point to the truth. She doesn't have alters, she just wants attention and wants to feel special. She isn't using adderall, she just knows meth isn't exactly socially acceptable. Behavior always tells the truth, while addicts/people in general tend to lie about all sorts of shit for all sorts of reasons.
How probable do you think it is that she's managed to acquire just the right mental illnesses, at just the right balance, to behave exactly like a meth addict when she takes adderall? Is that more probable than something more simple like.. maybe she's just a meth addict that doesn't want everyone to know it?
Anyone wanna make a friendly bet with me? I'll be betting she's on meth while you'll be betting she's being honest about that adderall. There might never be a winner, we may never know for sure either way. I think we will know though, eventually. Couple months isn't a very long clean period. The longer it goes on, the harder it'll become to hide, the more obvious it'll become. She might still have a chance if she stops asap and never picks it up again. Meth brains will heal, but it's a slow process and she'll be very sad, depressed and bored before it does. Smoking that bowl is just so much easier.
I can't wait to see what happens next.
