The biggest difference here is I can promise you that, for Jesse, any sort of comic is, at best, a passion project made just for fun, and at worst, a really long shitpost. Dillin unironically thinks he can make a living farting these things out.

Ironically enough, not long after shitting all over my fanfic with Dillin and friends, Jessie actually told me I could use HIS OCS in my story of I wanted to. The lack of self awareness in the whole lot of them is amazing sometimes.

I just saw this too, and all I could do was shake my fucking head. Typical shitty media behavior: get known for doing a specific kind of content, go thru some kind of phase or change, then offer to go back to your original content at a price. I've been pretty "eh, he's not worth nothing with" so far, but if he legit goes back to fanfic readings and a Sonichu "reboot" after everything he's said, then I'd say he's fair game to openly shit on. Proving every single person who said he wasn't really going to change right, and charging EXTRA for it. What he'll do is say "well I didn't really want to, but my fans wanted me to" because everything always has to be someone else's fault with him. He thinks he's smart, but it's so pathetically obvious.

He ought to make a Patreon tier to STOP making videos all together.

Addition: Actually, I JUST started working on cropping out the overtly sexual content from my main story so I can share it to a sfw market. Should I invest in making Dillin read my entire story on his channel, or what? Would it be worth it?

Thing is, if he takes my money and doesn't deliver, all it's going to do is show he's just lying and manipulating his fan base. What's the thing he always says? That he doesn't lie?

I've actually not a little spending money on me. If no one else has done it by next month, I might. (So I don't get charged twice if I do it before the end of THIS month)

The thing is, if he actually reads it, without skipping over 75% of it for being "too long", and reads all six parts currently available, I think people might actually like it more than him reading less than half of the first part (which is admittedly awful because it started out as a joke that I didn't expect to keep going) with him stopping every other sentence to say "this is bad, everything is bad".

Edit: Ah, never mind. I read the post again just to make sure I wasn't missing any caveats. He says "we will be reading fanfics from any franchise you like", meaning I'd only get to pick the franchise, not the specific fanfic, which is shit if you want me to pay you $50.

He'll Mook someone out of the cash, but I guess not me. I'll spend it on something else. Like more porn, I guess?

I’m willing to bet 10 Sonichu readings that bringing that shit back is inevitably going to open the door for Dillin’s return to drama and lolcow coverage, because he just can’t fucking help himself. Maybe this time he’ll grow a thicker skin and learn to take what he dishes out.

I don't know why Dillin hide/deleted his old Chris chan videos. I know he said he wants to move on but you could still have them up or moved to a second channel.

I also saw that he wanted $100 a month to do Sonichu content. Why not just have that as a goal rather than wait for a sugar retard? Like seriously, why would any single person spend $100 a month for a YouTuber to casually make certain YouTube videos. If it's a one time request? Sure I could see it, but this is stupid. You don't have the charisma, the audience, and the reward sucks ass. You could get way more personalized content and/or influence on some art or game patreon for much less.
