The Russian state promotes traditional values and does not believe in them while the American State promotes progressive values and does not believe in them.

This war perfectly encapsulates the rampant arrogance of the Great Powers. God speed to Ukraine. If they actually win this war they will be the one nation in Europe with the capacity to tell both Russia and America to fuck off.

I'm hoping an Ukrainian victory will just cause the Eastern countries to leave NATO and form their on pact. There is a good possibility that if Ukraine does win, it will lead to them to join the West and become a good fighting dog for D.C. and Brussels, without a counterweight on the continent to challenge US-EU hegemony.

its all kind of inevitable, the whole of history is filled with non stop chimp outs, with hitler doing the last big one, 80 years ago or so. Not seeing it. For all the rhetoric the West has hung Ukraine out to dry and they know it. US media was telling the Plebes in this country Ukraine would fall within days. If this shit turns into an upset the Ukrainians better not forget that the best their "allies" could do was tiktoks and strongly worded letters.

Canadian Foreign Minister has said that Canadians may volunteer for the Ukraine foreign legion (but Canadians can not choose to be unmasked or unvaxxed).

It's not a bad deal. If you manage to survive the invasion, living under whatever Russian puppet regime gets put in place will still likely be less of a dictatorship than Canada these days.
