Based on the recent posts here I can see that there is nothing more to be said on the war.
The wrong side is winning, and it becomes increasingly clear that this invasion,
unprovoked though it may be, is not without complex background factors.
On the Russian side you have heartfelt attempts to rescue those being tortured by an
unfeeling regime of brutal extermination.
On the Ukranian side you have the desperate struggle for self-determination, a desire to
control one's own destiny despite corruption at the highest levels.
The only ones who win here are the elite.
For every plane shot down, there are a dozen bitter terrorists born. For every APC filled
with molten copper, a dozen fearful trannies are made, choosing to disfigure their bodies
with their own willpower rather than allowing the enemy to do so. For every Chechen
disintegrated by machine gun fire, there are a thousand tiny pieces of Chechen to be
cleaned up by a woman who will then come to resent her nation for assigning her such a
terrible task.
These confused, radicalized and traumatized people are the easiest marks for their web of

Belarus' job will be simple, block off all supplies from the western border. At which point it becomes a much worse kind of war of attrition for Ukraine, one where supplies on their side become finite and all Russia has to do is dig in and wait.

I really don't understand the significance put on the use of fairly basic atomic weapons in Japan. If you are horrified by the use of atomic weapons then I recommend you look up the US firebombing of the home island. Just as many casualties but burning to death, dying in a ditch from burn injuries, or asphyxiating due to a firestorm is better than dying by a nuclear blast wave. I am not saying it was better but just putting things into perspective. WWII was horrific by modern war standards in terms of loss of civilian life and humanity.
