Nothing the US has in Asia could possibly counter a full zerg rush from China without further support coming from the US mainland, which is support the US can't get since a war with China would instantly collapse the US economy. I guarantee you that damn near everything in close proximity to you right now was manufactured in China. This isn't even touching on the political situation in the US right now.

China's economy would collapse too, but they'd still have factories actually producing shit. The US would have niggers, and soyfaces wondering why there's a funko pop shortage.

Thats what they used to do before the "second shoe drops" so to speak. Its done to reduce civilian casualties when shit really hits the fan in urban areas.
Fun Fact: during the Chechen war, they did the same thing, and then Bombed the fuck out of those exact civilians. Multiple times.
Thank god they dont do what they used to do.

Tue US has a fuck ton of precision muntions and cruise missiles. The terrain of Taiwan give favor to the defenders while a zerg rush doesn't mean shit when Taiwan has a shit ton of ASMs and as we can see guided missiles are a force multiplier. Losing a few dozen landing craft while having the ships that make it have to contest with limited space and Artillery, Airstikes does not make a worthy endavor for the Chinese.

I was thinking this but wouldn't they be very up front about this or are they not like the US in that regard? eg when the US decides to fuck up a city they tend to tell everyone to get the fuck out very explicitly.

Called it, the Russians know they don't have enough troops to take Kiev and since Karkhiv has still not surrendered they have none to spare. I wonder what Putin promised Lukachenko to get his Army. Have to imagine it was an awkward conversation.
