I'm guessing Aggressor 42 and the F-15 were playing a little up in the North Sea if their timelines overlap.

The other stuff looks pretty mundane. Expect lots of combat air patrols (CAP), SIGINT platforms, air tankers, RQ-4 Global Hawks, and C-130s as well as the occasional C-17.

Lots of US paratroopers and other airborne-qualified personnel in eastern Europe and the Baltic states right now, so you might see some C-17 or C-130 convoys circling around as people maintain their jump status.

Thanks! I’m seeing a lot of action at the British helicopter school - i guess that could be normal for February or could be brushing up on skills (if Princes Andrew and Harry wanted to redeem themselves with the British public, or pedo-suicide (same difference?) they should consider blowing the dust off their own pilot licenses….)

I’ll dump down my other observations under spoilers, just in case anyone is interested. I think I like looking at it because it’s a bit of reality in a world of absolute gubbins - albeit only a tiny sliver of reality.

These are from Sunday 27th starting at at about 10pm Moscow time.

Couple of US tankers that flew out of RAF Mildenhall (a mostly US air base in England) and a couple of RAF tankers that seem to be based at the British base in Cyprus. The 2 RAF tankers seem to have these FGR4s as babysitters, one of the FGR4s took off from Jordan, but they both went back to Cyprus. These mooched around the Romanian/Moldovan border all night, presumably refilling Ukraine‘s airforce, but none of those were visible (transponders off)

This little fella is a bit curious. It’s tagged as belonging to the Russian State Airline, but my cursory google search seems to think it’s only used for military purposes nowadays - and allegedly China uses on for ‘observations’ (aka spying).

This was shortly after the announcement from the EU banning Russian craft from EU airspace and it’s giving it some big billy bollox because while all of Cyprus is technically in the EU, the Northern part is a de facto Turkish state. This Russian plane obviously intended to be seen (which is a bit bloody goady when it’s associated with spying) and is obviously being a bit of prick about it.

compare to this Commercial flight that was supposed to be going from Moscow to New York and was made to turn around. Bet the passengers were WELL pissed off.

a little later there was a 3rd US tanker, this one out of the German US base, RMS Ramstein, over Poland (so that’s 5 tankers total yesterday evening, all of them up for 6-8 hours)
0B72E099-A480-4D46-81E9-9E048F508009.jpeg

Then Monday 6am Moscow time, 2 US military cargo (?) planes over the UK -neither have an origin on the info so I traced them back, one flew out of Delaware (Dover AFB?) and the other out of Canada (CFB Greenwood?) Pretty sure these two planes are proper big boys - the type that can carry helicopters/troops etc.

that seemed interesting so I had a quick scout about and found two boeing 747s on their way to RMS Ramstein, one flying from Pope AFB in North Carolina, the other from Baltimore Washington International airport (which has an AMC, so handles Military and civilian flights). These aren’t military planes but RMS Ramstein is military-only and Atlas Air are used for military charter flights, according to google).

After that I used the rewatch function to find out what was happening at a similar time the day before…
Which is when I saw another RAF tanker (this one out of Brize Norton) and two attendant FGR4, who just disappear (turning transponders off).
This is the 6th unique tanker I’ve seen.

(these are around 5am on Sunday morning, Moscow time)

This is the US Viper that seems to land at Aviano Air Base in Italy (where there are rumours of nukes)

Lord knows WTF is going on here but it can’t be as secretive as my google hit suggests because I, a random, internet lady can see it - ‘Department of State’ flight from Jordan to Iraq, Sunday approx 11am Moscow time:

Back to today, noon, Moscow time:

Yet another tanker (7 - a ‘sister’ to the other one from Brize Norton) and one of the FGR4s that went missing earlier turns up - it’s doing an England-German run with a tanker. The tanker from earlier in my post went to Poland.

all of the following are from around 1pm Moscow time today (Monday):

Tankers 8 and 9, one USA, one NATO
followed by
German Army Helicopter
Czech Air Force Helicopter
Little US Army plane (seats 12?)
US Army Helicopter
Little Romanian Airforce plane (seats 34)
Tiny Polish Airforce plane (seats 4)
US Airforce Hercules (can land without a proper runway, eg used on aircraft carrier ships)

Like most of you, I believe that the causes of this war are mostly geopolitical. Putin wants to stop NATO expansion, he wants access to the natural gas that Ukraine has recently discovered in its borders. But I just couldn't stop thinking about what he said to the Ukrainian soldiers...

"Take power into your own hands. It will be easier to come to terms with you than with this gang of drug addicts and neo-Nazis" he said, in reference to the government of Ukraine. The Western press dismissed this as a bizarre outburst. They said it was an unhinged lie.

Naturally, I realized immediately that it was at least partially true and that he was talking about specific people or groups in power in the Ukraine. They wouldn't have dismissed it so quickly otherwise.

The drug addict stuff I can't find. Hopefully, someone else can fill us in on this. It didn't take long to find what many others in this thread are already familiar with... the Azov Battalion and their horrific crimes in the Donbass. I would compare the things I have found about them to be similar in character to ISIS videos and trust me... I watched far too many ISIS videos. I was working in the Middle East when they were at their height. The Azov Battalion has shaken me far more though.

The Azov boys terrorised the Donbass. They beat and murdered people, raped them. But the video I saw that I will never forget... They crucified a civilian for aiding the separatists. Another person posted the video earlier in the thread but I can't find their post, so here it is again.

They nailed that man to a cross and as far as the Russian people are concerned they did it because he was Russian. And where is the international outrage? Where are the hashtags? Where is the George Floyd treatment? When people were being killed this cruelly by ISIS it was a global topic, but when it happens to a Russian civilian apparently no one cares. This video hasn't been spread widely in the West, but apparently it is well known in Russia.

How do you think they feel about that? I know how I would feel. How do you think they feel about the 2014 Odessa Massacre, where dozens of Russians were herded into a building and burned alive?

I am not joking. That happened. And why am I just learning about this now?

The grievances of the Russian people with the Ukrainian government are huge and anyone who thinks that they are unwilling to go through the hardships of sanctions for justice for their cousins in the Donbass is mistaken. Anyone who thinks the majority of Russians will turn on Putin over this is smoking the bad crack and anyone who thinks they care what the hypocritical West has to say may as well shit in their hands and eat it.

I don't want war. I don't want to see innocent Ukrainians suffer but I'm sick of being fucking lied to. Why tell us that Putin is insane and unhinged when he and his people have real grievances? Why spend billions educating us just to lie to us?

But the thing that really gets me... the thing that truly drives me up the wall is the fact that if you don't rate this post informative your mother will die in her sleep tonight.

Both Ukrainians and Russians have grievances with one another.

It's just a clusterfuck of strong emotions, I tell you.

No one will understand it fully unless you're from there.

Inb4 LALALALA DID NOT HAPPEN FAKE NEWS IT WAS ALL RUSSIAN PROPAGANDA VIDEOS MADE BY PUTIN YOU ARE STUPID WESTERNER WHO HAS BOUGHT THE VATNIK PROPAGANDA VERY SUS AND NOT BASE!!

Im pleasantly surprised my old enemies the soviet wannabes are having such a roguh go of it with their aging old empire being thoroughly humiliated on all levels.

Also at dumbfuck posters on social media believing obviously desperate Russian bravado machismo advertising for their militaries and people who think warfare is cod and you can qte put of any luck based event, that in reality would just leave you dead with no input on your part, are being exposed to the reality of war as an industrialized method of slaughter supported by complex logistics and economic factors and not just being Billy badass

Edit obviously alot of it is propaganda from both sides that's how war works but still they've objectively had surprising difficult invading

Edit also before " they're bad" my motivations are just to fuck with Russia I despise russia

I don't support either side. The bluecheck marks and their legions saying the most outrageous and easily provably false bs this entire week just makes my stomach turn. The "Ghost Of Kyiv" is just like the avengers bro : )
All my geopolitical opinions just exist to spite people on twitter

Putin is an insane retard, this war will significantly decrease the living standard of the average Russian for no tangible gain.

I guess I should have worded it better. Does the average Ukrainian understand that whoever wins they will still be poor? What are they hoping this war accomplishes for them? Are they hoping to have Europe open up more to Ukraine for work and business opportunities if the Zelensky government wins.? Do they hate Russia so bad they are willing to die fighting them? I'm genuinely curious what the general consensus is among the average Ukrainians without the propaganda coming from both sides.
Honestly who knows. The western propaganda that every Ukranian is the biggest Patriot you can imagine who will fight to the death is bullshit. Surely there are people like that but it's probably not the majority. Human nature says a good chunk of people just want to get on with their lives and don't really care and there is of course the fact that there's a large ethnic-Russian minority who are probably ecstatic about the invasion. The Ukraine really should have never existed in the state it's in, it's not even just the east really being Russian territory by rights, Lviv is a historically Polish city and they've wanted it back for a long time.

All that being said, just my guess, it's really hard to know as we don't have any legitimate sources of information.

Russia is right from a geopolitical perspective and wrong from a self-determination perspective.

Russia is right because the US and NATO have genuinely made plans and publicly stated that they intend to move weapons to Ukraine, including long range missiles and even chemical weapons labs. That isn't a meme. This is, as many people have said, no different to the Cuban missile crisis. If you think the USA acted appropriately in the Cuban missile crisis, you are probably going to sympathise with Russia in this situation.

Russia is wrong
because the people of Ukraine chose to pivot to NATO and the West voluntarily. Yes, we can argue that the full weight of the Western media pulled them in that direction. Yes, we can argue that the Ukrainian government shut down opposition news stations. You can argue that about any Western country as well, yet we still have to honour the decisions the public make even if they were manipulated because, frankly, we are being manipulated by all sides anyway. If you think the British public deserved to have their Brexit vote honoured, you are probably going to sympathise with Ukraine in this situation.

So my question is... I think that the USA acted appropriately during the Cuban missile crisis AND I think the Brexit vote should be honoured, so whose side should I be on?

I think I have an answer.

Rate this post informative or your mother will die in her sleep tonight.
I am more for Russia, from a rational point of view. The wrong part, I disagree with because Poland, the Baltics and these faggots can’t just decide what they want to join, IGNORING reality. Same as them stating they want to join North America. Ain’t gonna happen so they can vote on it but unless they are willing to burn the the world so they can join muh NATO.

I was neutral on their Jew President but am now in full agreement with Putin and hope this cocksucker gets a choo-choo up the poo-poo Chechen style at the end.

European and Ukrainian media still pushing the GoK lie lol

I just learned from smoking a crack pipe that this brave hero, pictured with his wife, sacrificed himself defending his brave Russian brothers from the ruthless Uki barbarians by holding them off with an RPK machine gun, so that they could withdraw, and then called in a broken arrow airstrike on himself to send them all to hell.
