I was going to suggest that this was meant to be a redesign of those characters, but the scenario is slightly different; rather than a human knight falling in love with a dragon after failing to save a princess, it seems the princess is the dragon.
Its definitely ibis paint, while pretty powerful for a free mobile app it does have a certain look.
She can't draw much stuff when you think about it. She's mostly repeated the same lines and shapes over and over again. If you did a big compilation of her art the past 2 years, it would be around 4/5th-9/10ths furry girls standing in 3/4ths view with ample flesh in an hourglass shape. Hell, you can look at it and see that her focus was mostly on boobs and butt and all the hands and heads and everything else is lacking. She held herself back in artistic growth, and COULD reverse it, but she won't because it feeds into her complex about being a bad person justifying her crying fits and self punishment.
As someone who uses ibis, she can pre-draw the lineart for the sword on a separate canvas, save as a transparent PNG, then draw over it with the pen stabilizer to remove blur. I'm not the best artist-- and I'm not claiming that, but there's so many methods to improve her drawings, and she chooses none of them.
Maybe Autumn is crushing on DB. That would explain the fanart of them both. They have the same shit taste.
i wouldn't be surprised if it was one of deceased_bunny's "alters" or something like that, because i remember autumn mentioning that bunny apparently has DID and that's why she follows her alt accounts. my memory's a bit hazy, so i don't know if this is the correct mutual or not.

I have experience with Ibis Paint too -- there's absolutely zero excuse for her art. Ibis has a lot of custom brushes depending on what you need, and since they're user created, more and more brushes come out each day. Hell, there's even brushes that make shading hair a hell of a lot easier. Drawing on your phone is definitely a learned skill. Ibis knows this and has tons of help and workarounds for people who use their fingers to draw instead of a stylus.
"Antis" and "Proshippers" are both retards, because Antis tend to chimp more often, and also have had several instances of sharing real CP in "callouts," and proshippers are degenerates ranging from being delusional about what they're cooming to all the way to being actual pedophiles and zoosadists.
