EDIT: I very much agree with the sentiment that even though Sammie is a bad mom who doesn't deserve to see Ben and Lucy, at least she's absent most of the time and the kids are in a clean house where they appear well-fed and taken care of. Mama Bushart at least makes sure medically needy Lucy gets to the hospital. Sabrina may have her own problems but at least she appears to genuinely care for the kids as well.

Kim, on the other hand, didn't have the bare minimum fucking decency to sign over permanent custody when Aidan was born. The kid lives in a dirty trap-house where everybody smokes around him (and probably does worse than that) when he's medically needy too. Literal piss and shit biohazards just out there on the floor because nobody in that house can be fucked to properly train a puppy to go outside. It's also been noted and proven that Kim has the patience and emotional control of a toddler and gets irrationally angry with Aidan for doing things little kids are suppsoed to do as part of their normal development cycle. She is fathering a child with a schizo methhead which is a recipe for abuse, all while consuming massive amounts of processed sugary crap as a diabetic with an already disabled bun in the oven.

Give me tophats if you will. I literally just couldn't hold it in any longer. Fuck Kim "Cushings Cunt" "Colclasure".

Is this complete waste of space smart enough to test her urine for ketones? I’ve never seen her mention it.

Any kind of illness (pregnancy isn’t an illness per se, but it IS a condition) or stress can cause the ketones to build up. Coupled with a fast food filled diet and ZERO physical activity, I’d say she’s a prime candidate. I’m sure a medfag could break it down better.

Ketoacidosis is ROUGH. It cannot be overstated how horrible you feel with it, or how serious it is. I’ve never wished it on anyone. Homegirl seems to be wishing it upon herself by not even attempting to manage her diabetes.

RIP innocent baby who didn’t deserve any of this. Your kiwi frens were more invested in your life than your parents were.

Anyone even slightly competent will be doing a urine dip at minimum at every appointment and Kim seems like the sort of person who’ll turn up at the emergency room at the first sign of any discomfort (for selfies, of course).

I had a urinalysis every month of my pregnancy, and I wasn't high-risk.
Hopefully her OB isn't a moron.

Yeah if sammie was living in the shart residence permanently it would definitely be worse, and like you said atleast their home seems very clean.

Kim has a lot of issues that can cause issues with pregnancy. Smoking, diabetes, her uterus shape, and cushings disease. It's all a recipe of horrors.

Depends on how much she's seeing an actual OB, and how much she's just going to the local crisis pregnancy center. If it's the later I doubt the people working there are much smarter than anyone else in the Sammieverse.

Regardless of the outcome of Kim's pregnancy I'm pretty confident once the fetus (or baby, if it makes it that far) leaves her body we'll have material for another thread crossover with Tard Baby General.
