They really aren't think ahead with this at all, Russia has been preparing for these sanctions and have contigency plans. The Europeans are ignoring everything but Russia and are going to ensure their citizens are not only going to be freezing but also unable to buy enough food. It really is hysterical madness. Yeah there have been a lot of outlets using rhe "vacuum bomb" line and then saying "it's against the Geneva convention". It comes from the Ukrainian ambassador in America saying that and no one thinking to fact check.
