Vtubers are like muppets but for weebs, also like muppets they are all different characters and fill different niches, some vtubers will be pretty family friendly or close to it while other would openly discuss unsavory edgy content or be overtly sexual it really depends on the individual.
But there's a divide between east and west where eastern vtubers will usually be very reserved and behave more family friendly, meanwhile in the west you have a bigger range of personalities and content which leaves this impression of western vtubers being a bunch of filthy STD ridden crack addict whores while the eastern ones are pure virgin porcelain dolls.
The truth is both are STD ridden crack addict whores

A sign that he know they won’t act is the fucking massive vehicle columns. Ever hear of the Iraq ‘Highway of Death’? A decent air strike would stop this entire invasion in its tracks and eliminate that entire column. But NATO won’t do it and Putin knows it

This is literally the same thing as cancel culture, the inherent belief that they have the right to decide who you can interact with for you. It's just traditionally this has been used on enemy countries and cultures, it's only somewhat recently that they've used this on individuals and small groups.

As for COVID19, yeah, they're memory holing it. Biden wants to claim victory over it, so the word has gotten out that it's to go away now. The funny thing is, the conditioning worked too well and some of the Mask Karens are turning on him.

All the talk about ex-pats and mercs in Ukraine reminded me of this story:

I'm not going to make any claims to know how this shit show is going to end but what I do know is that Russian performance here has been abysmal. I know that an invasion à la Iraq is imposable for everyone other than the US and that the Russian ROE is probably holding them back a lot but they really shouldn't be having these crazy logistical/morale problems.
