late as all fuck but it's a bastardization of punk and battle vests, the diy sew on patches and put studs on yourself. Though most tumblerinas buy a pre-made jacket and then a bunch of expensive ass pins rather than really customizing it themselves (or they do customize it and it's the ugliest most low effort shit ever)
