I would grant it to previous administrations that they probably thought cancer was some sort of easily curable virus that would had been gone in a decade, current administrations have no excuse for waging a "war on cancer" when its unanimously agreed cancer is genetical and unless genetic editing changes DRASTICALLY in the next 3 years Biden is just talking out of his ass.
Either that or the health R&D sector told him something they have yet to reveal to the public, and im pants shittingly scared of that

She'd honestly be dramatically better than Biden.
I don't forsee Biden living longer than two years after his Inauguration Day. He looks like a zombie and his brain is leaking out of his ears. I would say Kamala can't be any worse, but I've learned to never say never.
People get fooled into thinking she's incompetent because she has to talk to play cleanup for Biden all the time like when he went back and forth on whether sanctions were meant to do anything or when she was sent out to 'handle' immigration in spite of her position not really giving her powers over it (plus she was having to balance an admin wanting to allow some illegal migrants but not too many which feels a bit schizophrenic). It's hard to imagine having to take questions about the Biden admin's actions and not come out looking bad given how ridiculous Biden's actions/policies have been.
If anyone disagrees, then just try imagining how you yourself would convincingly make Biden sound competent.

Oh I have no doubt that the YouTube dislikes were removed in part due to people ratio-ing the other WH streams. I think there was also a recent change that tweaked the algorithm in terms of what content/streams are promoted. I'm just happy that the Return YouTube Dislike extension is still working.

Biden said "fund the police" because he knows his approval rating is spiraling out of control. Thus, he says something the hard-core right will love (all while subtly hinting at taking away 2nd amendment rights) so they can say "he done did good".
